You flared too late! Also if you don’t know it should be like this: 50 40 30 [FLARE] and then at either the 20 or the RETARD callout put power to idle. Also I couldn’t tell but do you know what your IAS speed was on landing?
Yeah you're right, and I forgot to reduce the speed during landing because my IAS speed was too high like 148knot, so due to the pitch the plane got AIRBORNE AGAIN 💀
Anywhere from 120-140 knots is a good landing speed for the A320 or 737. But if there was higher winds the landing speed would likely be higher than 150 knots possibly 160.

Higher winds= Higher Approach Speed and flaps extended to 25° instead of 30°
