    It was a little flimsier than I expected. I had to add a 2x2 piece of wood to the bottom on the rear side in order to stabilize it better th-cam.com/users/postUgkxXTh-lz-8W6GcB219vTLp27-MxbZYObBX . It is also starting to bow a little at the outer wall ( I've had it up for about 6 months), I've already had a shelf tumble down because of the bow and the fact that the little shelf brackets are quite short. I went out to home depot and got some longer ones so that the shelves don't tumble down again. Overall, it looks very nice for the price and it holds a lot ( I use it as a pantry). I am very satisfied with my purchase. I just strongly suggest reinforcing it before putting it up.

    I love your edit. Everything that matters and nothing that doesn’t. I also love the build. It’s so liberating to realize how much of carpentry is just building boxes, and while osb may not last 100 years, you can make beautiful (imho, I know this is contested) functional storage and furniture specifically for your own needs. I love how you sized the cabinets by the things you were storing in them. Always a perfect fit and less measuring, planing and hoping. Love the bungies and lever as well. Looks like a lot of fun.

    Yes I am a copy cat. I am going to build your exact cabinet. The size and design are perfect for all the bits and sanding drums and accessories that collect around my drill press. Thanks man. Just the inspiration I needed.

    I say this with all respect because I love budget DIy projects. Also, I think OSB has a visual charm (if you squint enough lol). However, given the time you put into this cabinet, why not just make it out of plywood? A few extra bucks is nothing compared to how much effort you put in and how much time you will use this cabinet for.

    Νομίζω ότι το χαρήκαμε αυτό το έργο πάρα πολύ , αν και δεν είναι του τύπου σου . Παρόλο που δεν έχω σε υπόληψη το OSB , βγήκε πολύ όμορφο . Μπορείς να το βάψεις και να φαίνεται η υφή του ξύλου . Επίσης υπάρχει άλλος τρόπος εξίσου σταθερός για να το κρεμάσεις ; Πραγματικά το χάρηκα πολύ !!!!

    • @ScrapwoodCity
      @ScrapwoodCity  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ευχαριστώ πολύ Κατερίνα. Μπορείς να το κρεμάσεις όπως τα ντουλάπια υποθέτω με μεταλικά γατζάκια. Αλλά το γαλλικό κλείτος είναι πολύ πιο δυνατό και μπορείς εύκολα να μετακινήσεις το αντιξείμενο αν χρειαστεί.
