It may not be a branded FLOW HIVE, but for what I paid for my Flow Hive, I sure wish it would have been as easy to put together and didn't crack so much. I'm disgusted with how much I paid for what I looks like crap if you get too close to it and look at it. I just put together every single piece of a second hive set by myself and had not one bit of trouble with the $100 hive set up. Thank you, Temiel!
The design at 09:30 is a problem. The inside frames need to span across the entire length or the bees will fill in with crazy comb and you will not be able to take the frames out for inspection.

TEMIEL how does the honey from the lower chamber reach the upper chamber? It seems like both levels are separated them how does honey rrach the upper level from where it flows into the bottles?

The price of the Flow is prohibitive and I saw that the clone you assembled went together very nicely and functioned as it should when you did the harvesting. Where's to entrance at the bottom gone for the bee's? The part left open is for inspection purposes of surplus honey after the bottom hive is full for the queen and colony or the will die.
Great do most of the woodwork yourself. The hammer marks will come out when it gets wet. You should try a bigger hammer to increase the construction speed. Oh and the knots will probably fall out eliminating the need to cut entry holes.

@@ketrin.. Там специальная сетка ставится между двумя частями улья, чтобы матка не могла в верхнюю часть пролезть (рабочая пчела мельче матки и пролезает через эту сетку).

the workers bees have to bring it up, it works a bit like the traditional system, the only difference is the flow hive system
