Weer een bewijs welk een fantastische improvisator Pierre Pincemaille is!
Met dit prachtige orgel improviseert deze muziekkunstenaar op wonderbaarlijke en zeker ook op diepgaande wijze over het thema van het Choral "Maria Himmelskönigin".
Ogen dicht en luister!

An sich beeindruckend,ja,aber auch problematisch. Bei 11 Sekunden Nachhall trotzdem transparent zu musizieren ist schon eine Kunst...

I could'nt dissagree more, with the comment that this organ is defficient, tonally. As good an organist as this gentleman is, the acoustics and tonallity of this organ is magnificent. there are some truly beautiful stops, the flutes in particular. This recording was obviously made at some distance from the organ. also it appears from the video, that the organ as pipes dispersed, in different areas of the Cathedral. John L. Denver Co. USA.

Yes, that's right. Mr. Pincemaille really conjured up the maximum of efficient sounds from this 60s- organ. Well, this question can answer most of the cathedral organist. The old organ was just as out of date and sonically deficient.
