I hate to be the nitpicker, but....
A Railgun is a weapon which uses electromagnetism to accelerate a physical, magnetic round to an insane, supersonic, speed dealing massive physical damage and having very little to do with electric damage.
What you have there, is a ZAP minigun.
I think it's less that the cube is a cube, and more that it doesn't do anything. It also feels really janky, like, some heroes get absolutely fucked by it (visage for instance), while others just literally don't give a fuck (anyone with healing), there are many confusing or bad feeling interactions with the damage reflection, and it just seems like it would be better if it was an actual boss, something interactive, not just a static object with a janky effect. Also, I have felt the shard going to the poorest hero hasn't been very good feeling for me, because I often get it when I have a hero that barely benefits, while another hero could get way more. Let the poorest player pass it up to the next poorest maybe?

I imagine the Techies ability is crowd control, forcing people 5o either take a lot of damage or walk in to their mines :3
i dont think ive ever seen so much damage through right clicking while simultaneously having such low attack damage. It's amazing.

Lacking Phantom Lancer's Juxtapose. Illusions DO trigger lihtnings, even if damage is lower.
I think it woulda been more fun with razor as the model because his lightning attack animation

29:23 how about the tormentor after the cube killed,the cube became the hero that kill it and are able to do skill and combo that the hero can too.that way player will be force to kill the tormentor with the weakest hero in their team.also the weakest will also be able to participate in the moment

Shoulda pick arctic burn over split shot and morp attribute change. So you can you low damage and fly around shock them. If you add blur to it. It like I am god of thunder can’t touch this.

The Sphere of Annihilation in D&D is one of the classic threats to the party, and it's a sphere. There's nothing wrong with the Tormentor being a cube, in and of itself. Its mechanics make it interesting, and it being a cube makes it imposing. Like, what? We're being killed by a cube? That's good, varied design. Please don't think a giant alpha purple man would actually be better design. That's boring, generic, same-as-every-other-game design.
Another example would be the daemonic sphere in the Astartes fan movie. The creator can clearly animate characters and choreogrpah fights but they put effort into designing a menacing sphere, and it worked.
Give the Tormentor a chance, think about at least the surface-level implications of the Ancients summoning these (sentient?) artefacts from beneath the land in the escalation of their struggle against each other. That they sit beyond the normal rules of the world, sure mortals and gods fight for them, but they are inanimate objects. Of course they use inanimate extensions of themselves at times.

Shoulda gotten siege mode instead of fiery soul. Insane attack range but a slow flat attack rate (legit gives like 3k attack range).

This is funny. BUT. . . That's wrong Baumi, attack speed and low damage is not the way. You should make a 1 hit build with sniper with slow as* atk speed because snipers hit one target at a time, which most likely kills their target most with that shot. 🤣

To be serious, the biggest problem with Tormentor isn't that it's a cube, but rather that it literally does fuck all. I don't need a squirrel or a dragon, I've got enough beef with geometry to fight cubes, let me at that Radiant Hypostasis! It's Valve we are talking about, just do what you do best, and copypaste content while making it fucking slap, come the fuck on!
