ചക്കപ്രേമികളുടെ തോഴി ഇടിച്ചക്ക പുളിങ്കറി😋😀👌 (IDICHAKKA PULINKARY)

- IDICHAKKA PULINKARY
Ingredients
1. Idichakka - ¼ th portion of 1(4 cups)
2. chilli powder - 1tsp
3. Turmeric powder -½ tsp
4. Salt - to taste
5. Crushed pepper - 1 tsp
6. Tamarind soaked - to taste
MASALA
7. Grated coconut - 1 -1 ½ cup
8. Shallots - 4-5
9. Cumin seeds(opt) - ¼ tsp
10. Chilli powder+Turmeric powder - for colour
SEASONING
11. Oil - 1-2 tbsp
12. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
13. Red chilli - 3-4
14. Curry leaves - plenty
PREPARATION
1. Boil the vegetable with items 2-5 till well done, add squeezed tamarind and boil.
2. Grind the masala ingredients well adding chilli &turmeric for colour.
3. Boil the boiled vegetable with the masala adjusting water consistency and finish off by seasoning.
