    Great advice! I started keeping a container of baby carrots, celery sticks and sliced radishes in the frig and I snack on them. I don’t use any dipping sauce.

    When I fit ice cream into my daily calories, I find the best success is when I serve it to myself in an ice cream cone (the 15-calorie type). It is the right size to hold a true serving, as opposed to having it in a bowl, where it's so easy to add a lot more. Plus, it's slower to eat that way, and therefore prolongs the enjoyment of the treat. 🍦😁

    For me is my weekends that mess me up. Me weekends are my weak-end!!😪☹ working on it

      Have a plan for the weekends. The problem is usually trying to wing it. And the other problem is that you may be too restrictive during the week so you feel the need to ‘take a break’ on the weekend. Re-think both

    How soon after exercising should you eat protein I find if I eat after exercising I feel nausea I have to wait 2 hours before I can eat without feeling sick I also struggle to get enough protein each time I eat I must only be getting 40 gms a day for example I can't physically eat 2 eggs in one sitting and even that would only be 12 grams or so

    Are you still in the muscle building stage? It looks like you are because your shoulders(delts) and biceps are popping every time you move your arms around. You look great keep lifting heavy and light. 💯💯💯👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
