Pero ¿por qué es así?
Hany dice que las puntas apuntando hacia arriba activas más los gemelos (punta del pie en flexion dorsal). apuntando hacia adelante (como bailarina de ballet) involucra más los quads (flexion plantar).

Why don't you train Hamstrings in a leg workout?
Quad focused? But when you squat/press the hamstrings are being activated tho
They have no more energy for hammys but some of the exercises did target them and glutes, too
