Jeb: "Don't worry about me Bill." Bill: "But how can I not?" Jeb: "Because we are star stuff." This game is so goofy & fun for me. I always been a space nerd & I seen this video 2 times now. The second time I shed a couple tears. Thank you for making this. From stars we came & one day will be apart of yet again. This cycle is the big cycle of life. For those who don't get it.
Not many people realize this but KSP is really a beautiful game, I have no idea where this quote came from but here it is, "A good game doesn't need the highest graphics or the best technology, its the memories ant the way you feel while playing it that counts." Again, Even if Kerbal doesn't have the best graphics it is still very very beautiful it is the stories people make like this or the way it looks to you. Nintendo, one of the largest video game company's out there believes this too. And as chuggaaconroy Said in the first few episodes of his Xenoblade Chronicles Lets Play, "It's not the pixels or the resolution, it's the game.
This is why I love Halo, the first 3 had such a powerful and incredible story. It's graphics aren't that great but it was the storytelling that really does it.
Nassault, what you've done here was absolutely incredible. you've taken a game that people often go "HAHA, EXPLOSIONS", into a video that, admittedly, made me cry. Fantastic Job on this, and i look forward to seeing more of your work.
Oh my god... I- I'm speechless. The ultimate sacrifice to save your friend. It really brings to light our kerbtality in a way no one's ever done before. I give this movie a flaming 5 boosters for stunning plotline, and emotional background.
Dayum son, 3 minutes in and I'm amazed. I'm genuinely astonished. I can only hope to get to your level of skill with this kind of thing, you've got extreme talent.
This... believe it or not.. made me cry. The music and the speech after.. was it Jeb? 's death... It made me think, we ARE MADE! of everything... the universe... Star stuff... the things we look up to and hope to gain. Yet loss to save another person/Kerbal for someone else and then saying that They were made of Star stuff and... it amazed me how this was made.
This is definitely Nassault's best movie. It makes me want to curl up in the f(o)etal position and cry. Oh, the feels! The feels! They are so powerful! Feeeeeeels! ;_;
You have now made me feel emotions twice now about fictional characters, and you are the only one, congratulations on making such moving videos. Please don't stop.
Nassault, you never fail to turn out an incredible work of art. The writing, the directing, the cinematography is all top-notch. If they haven't already, your skills will take you far.
I think I commented on this when it came out on another account but many years on now.. I still think its beautiful..especially the ending.. you do better than many movies have conveying the feeling of hopelessness, selfless acts and loss in the final scenes and the argument on the station.. truly beautiful and thankyou for it.. sunshine in D minor is a wonderful theme.. but youve added the visuals to go with it that rival even sunshine (Overland of KSP forum)
dude you gotta legit make a 2 hour kerbal movie and present it to a big box company that will put her in theatres this is amazing you do these so well I hope you make it far making movies ur so good at it
I really, really like your musical choices for each of your videos. Tons of stuff I like to listen to--and more. I feel like the musical composition matters second only to the meaning of the film itself and is critical to eliciting the right emotion from your viewers. You have this mastered!
by the time im commenting this the video is quite old... but it will always be one of my favorites.. always reminded of jeb when i look at the sun in KSP.
god dammit why do your videos make me feel so many things? i love your videos to no end, please don't stop making them, the message contained within each video is powerful to no end.
Nassault... Words cannot describe the feeling your movies bring. The movies of today cannot shake my emotions and I feel the movies of today are getting Graphically better but they are lacking the most important thing, a Story. You need more subscribers, you deserve them. Hopefully you will seek a career in movie making in the future and change the way movies are today. Making them mess with peoples emotions is the greatest thing your movies do. Keep up the great work.
Hey Nassaut… how about this?: Bill, Bob and Jeb land on one of Duna`s moons for a mission and accidentally wake up the Kraken. then they get stranded on the dun a-moon because the kraken damaged their ship. They can hide in a cave. Now they need to be rescued. So the guys on Kerbin build a spaceship equipped with Weapons. (A boming-raid would be cool as well.) they kill the Kraken so at the end Bill, Bob and Jeb can get rescued and return back to Kerbin. Btw… great Vids. i liked every single one and would be very happy if you could make a vid based on this idea. thx
Damn Nassault, once again you show just how amazing you are :) And dem feels, why must you always bring them up. I was watching it thinking I won't have an emotion hit me as hard as in previous videos and BAM! music quietens and Jeb says calmly "because we are star stuff" AND NASSAULT HAS DONE IT AGAIN. Keep up the good work dude, I really love your videos :D
LOL me too, in fact i keep them at the low orbit space station and sometimes to resupply the Mün base, and always use the rookies for dangerous "first time" missions.
Wowow... simply amazing and beautifully realised :) Jool taken for the Sun, the post prod effects... great work! My only "complain" goes to the celestial background being a bit too bright for me... else it was perfect!
Jeb: "Don't worry about me Bill."
Bill: "But how can I not?"
Jeb: "Because we are star stuff."

From stars we came & one day will be apart of yet again. This cycle is the big cycle of life. For those who don't get it.
Wow, that gave me the shivers and almoust made me cry
same with me, i was the closest you can ever get to crying
Almost ? You monster...

You can modify KSP to make it better
Nassault, what you've done here was absolutely incredible. you've taken a game that people often go "HAHA, EXPLOSIONS", into a video that, admittedly, made me cry. Fantastic Job on this, and i look forward to seeing more of your work.
*salutes* Jeb, you'll be missed in all of our hearts.
scott kerman - never forget
Oh my god... I- I'm speechless. The ultimate sacrifice to save your friend. It really brings to light our kerbtality in a way no one's ever done before. I give this movie a flaming 5 boosters for stunning plotline, and emotional background.
damn it, who's cutting onions in here?
i am :)
Dayum son, 3 minutes in and I'm amazed. I'm genuinely astonished. I can only hope to get to your level of skill with this kind of thing, you've got extreme talent.
I am speechless. The quality of this cinematic short is absolutely amazing.
Thank you, Nassault.
Jeb dies like he lived... a fearless hero.
The simple thought of "Who am I?" has one answer. STAR STUFF. We are star stuff, killing each other and saving each other, quite strange, eh?
Eh!
Eh...
That was beautiful, and sad. But also EPIC, enough to make a grown man cry.
This... believe it or not.. made me cry. The music and the speech after.. was it Jeb? 's death... It made me think, we ARE MADE! of everything... the universe... Star stuff... the things we look up to and hope to gain. Same here man
Captain Wealthy Penis I've seen you somewhere before.

Captain Wealthy Penis I am a catholic, I play ksp, don't play arma 3 or watch beaglerush, i do play tf2.
Hmm... any TF2 SFM videos?
the fact to it all is all WE humans are is star-stuff... i didnt think kerbal space program could make me cry. you have proved me dead wrong.
This was much better than the film sunshine
no silly plot twists for one reason
I haven't cried during any movie, but "Kerbal" and now "Star Stuff" really made it hard to hold those tears back ... the Squad guys should hire you.
He'll be back.
I've lost count of how many times I've stopped to watch this video, thanks so much for sharing it with us!
This is definitely Nassault's best movie. It makes me want to curl up in the f(o)etal position and cry. Oh, the feels! The feels! They are so powerful! Feeeeeeels! ;_;
Naten Johnson I don't know why, but I read that in Invader Zims voice, and it was awesome.
God dammit, who's cutting onions in here?!
Bill! What do you see? Bill! What do you see? Bill! *Bill!*

Sums up Robbaz's trip to the sun with a dramatic twist. Byotiful.
The game is already fucking great but what you are doing here is really astounding. The editing is perfect. You my dear uploader take my breath away.
I love how you made the scanning sound from sunshine that Icarus 1 made as a distress signal
That was touhcing and beautiful.
Wow after watching 3 of your movies...
They're amazing, and the story is astounding, keep it up!
Wow. Words cannot say how incredible this film is.
I'd pay to watch a feature length film made by you about Kerbals... The longer the better. You're an awesome movie maker, sir!
"Don't worry about me, we are all star stuff" -Jebidiah Kerman.
so....beautiful.
this is my new favorite short film ever. Pure talent.
dude you gotta legit make a 2 hour kerbal movie and present it to a big box company that will put her in theatres this is amazing you do these so well I hope you make it far making movies ur so good at it
I am in awe at the amazing camera moves and edits you put into your epic minimovies! you really know how to do it!
thank you fro letting the track play at the end, really allowed me to reflect and meditate.
That was great. Though, that station took its name a bit to seriously.
Probably the best of all of his movies. 11/10 very good.
I really, really like your musical choices for each of your videos. Tons of stuff I like to listen to--and more. I feel like the musical composition matters second only to the meaning of the film itself and is critical to eliciting the right emotion from your viewers. You have this mastered!
Simply.... amazing! I'm struggling to hold back the tears!
Wow! I actually shed a tear in this... You deserve Subscribes to the moon and back! I love you stuff, keep making them!

just about every single idea in life I hold dear to me you have made a beautiful cinematic with!
"Once we overcome our fear of being tiny, we find ourselves at the threshold of a vast and wondrous universe"
-Carl Segan
I love you're movies, they are very poetic and beautifull.
That sneaky change of the Docking rings so the 2 ships can actually fit together.
god dammit why do your videos make me feel so many things?
i love your videos to no end, please don't stop making them, the message contained within each video is powerful to no end.

You dear friend have brought a tear to my eye...good job.
"Bill what are you doing?!" "Saying goodbye...." I lost it right there
I actually cried, and sometimes, i will make myself cry to feel the same emotionaly as everyone else, but i didn't need to do that for this one.
And so Jeb finally met his match
These videos are simply fantastic! Keep up the good work!
without visual mods, even with your cloud one, this game is kinda... well... plain looking, but honestly, you just gave me a Kerbol worth of emotion.
Not even Disney can make me cry the way you have made me shead water threw my sight balls this day.
We all know he died with that heroic grin
People just dont know how hard it is to make these movies keep ip the good work
Also, i love how you used the soundtrack from Sunshine, for the death of Jeb. The best choice imho.
just a brilliant performance ...
This guy is unbelievable at navigation and story lines!!!!!!!! epicaly epical!!!!!!!!
This is so sad... A tear is running down my face right now...
Amazing, like most of the other videos of this serie.

Great film. I look forward to seeing more from you.
That reference to photography at 4:37 is just brilliant.

Saddest yet greatest video so far keep it up and good work.
Wowow... simply amazing and beautifully realised :)
Jool taken for the Sun, the post prod effects... great work! My only "complain" goes to the celestial background being a bit too bright for me... else it was perfect!
Only dream I ever have... is it the surface of the sun? Everytime I shut my eyes... it's always the same.
Simply beautiful!
this should be crowdfunded and be put into a full length movie. YOU have star-stuff, sir! Salute!
How beautiful and poetic as always [sobs]
Damn Nassault, you've made me feel emotional about the loss of a Kerbal.
Remind me of the movie Sunshine, great job.
