The Paul George PG4 is the absolute best version of the Nike collab shoe. The zipper details, the structure, the color way, the fit alone makes this the best overall version. I own 10+ pairs of this shoe. It is the absolute best.

Seems nike has given PG the quiet "we won't be renewing your contract after the 6" talk, so he's decided to wear something more comfortable.
@venuecam Possibly, I wonder what this will mean for his future. I have a hard time seeing a signature athlete staying with a brand who didn’t renew his sneaker line 🤷♂️
The PGs are not that comfortable to be honest, but that's on Nike.

Pg 3 is my all time favorite would be a huge disappointment if the pg line is discontinued because this would make resellers increase the price significantly when I’m just trying to hoop in some pgs man🙁
@emurr9061 Agreed, if his line is discontinued, prices will definitely rise. We’ll see what happens, but may be wise to grab the PGs you want now 🤷♂️
I think the shoe itself sells ,not the player. I think people are buying the shoe not for Paul George (who been in and out of lineups over the years due to injury) i think the shoe is just a good design but its not marketable with Paul being attached to it. I dont think any of these kids are looking up to Paul George these days like they are for Jae Morrant or Devin Booker
@melo4217 I see your point here and unfortunately, it could be the truth. A lot of young kids probably never saw PG playing against LeBron’s Heat 🤷♂️
@@joshcarsonjc3 I feel like this will happen to Giannis as well for his sneakers. I wont be surprised if the Giannis sneakers will end up the same way as Paul George in the next couple of years. Giannis is popular but no one really is into his sneakers and kids really dont look up to him to buy his shoes.

@@SpiegelmanSzn kyrie sneaker and merch was doing way better and they let him go. You can even say Paul George was doing well then Giannis in sales but they are slowly backing away from him also. So why wouldn’t they do it for Giannis if two player that doing better number then him
@@melo4217 I’m not sure what merch you’re talking about for Kyrie, but if you look up sales for Giannis merch it’s actually a real moneymaker. I can’t find anything for Kyrie, and Paul George outside of his shoes doesn’t have any notable merch.
I've noticed it before that he was wearing the older model PGs so maybe he just doesn't like playing in the latest releases? This wasn't happening just recently

I don’t think PG is leaving Nike, but just doesn’t have his signature shoe anymore, so no more PGs, Nike is gonna make Ja Morant & Devin Booker’s signature shoe to replace PG’s & Kyrie’s

@belacho9330 Suns and Grizzlies are the two most-disliked teams in the league right now. Ironically, Booker and Ja are next up as Nike signature athletes 🤷♂️

@@joshcarsonjc3 there's a few more NBA players besides JB that wear Li-Ning or Chinese brands and their PE look dope and the tech is usually better than Nike. The down size is not having them in a physical store and the price tag having them shipped from China to the US or a 3rd party from the Phillipines, etc

If he isn't going to wear his signature shoe which is the super highly rated PG6 (Watch the reviews and read the reviews), why is Nike paying him to wear other sneakers? He is supposed to sell his sneaker. Giannis, Dame, Curry, Harden, etc. wear their signature shoes.
