So was I. Senna's car looked like it was almost bending as it passed through Bridge Corner in that hail of dust and sparks. It was one of the most mind blowing things i've ever seen.
This is what liberty media and the current management of f1 doesn’t understand. Going to a gp back then was a once in a lifetime experience. The sound of the cars, the drivers, the way the cars looked, the atmosphere, modern f1 doesn’t do it justice. Every year I go to a Grand Prix and each year it progressively becomes less memorable, less exciting and less interesting to me. Maybe it’s nostalgia, I don’t think so.
Its not, you just dont feel the atmosphere anymore, you don’t get the impact of a light, heavy powered machine and snappy only being able to be “tamed” by the best drivers of open wheel racing, current F1 is a money machine, rather than a Motorsport that transmites passion true TV and on track experience, like it was before.

Apples and oranges. The McLarens Hakkinen drove were terrible chassis compared to what Senna had...Senna was better than Hakkinen, but there's no reason to make a false comparison just to prop up Senna or degrade Mika.
