Still the best Packer game I’ve seen in 16 seasons of watching them...I was a freshman in college, and when the game was ours our entire floor was out celebrating. It got rowdy
Haha. I will never forget this game. Aaron Rodgers wasn't cleared to play this game and we still won after BEING DOWN 26-3 after the first half. One of my favorite games of all time by the Packers.
Thank you for uploading this! This comeback was incredible!!! GO PACK GO! 1:12:24 "Troy, do you wanna throw the bouquet toward Monte Kiffin, or should I?" ...Almost 20 seconds later... 1:12:41 "Forget the bouquet! Eddie Lacy is inside the 40!" That was the way to start the 2nd half and set the tone coming out.
One thing you see in that 2nd half is GB attacking those rookie linebackers. Just little dump offs, shallow crossing routes, running the ball down by multiple touchdowns. As much as I complained about McCarthy, he got it right at halftime on this one. He was clinical going after those linebackers.
Without question. Desperately needing a W for the division race, and you blow a 23 point lead at home to a backup QB. Beyond inexcusable. Should have been fired the second the clock hit triple zeroes.

We lost in Dallas the next week but I got minor frostbite on my feet and fingers but DAMN IT WAS FUN!! Glad you had a great time and....... 🏆🏈GO PACK GO!!🏈🏆
Eddie Lacy's rookie season was up and down missing a few games due to minor injuries but he came up big towards the end of the 2013 season, including this game. 2014 was memorable too👍 Eddie Lacy even up to this date in 2020, has been the best and DOMINANT RB we've ever had since he was drafted in 2013. I miss and love Eddie Lacy 💪👍
This game summed up Garrett’s tenure, never could finish, 5 promising drives to only end in field goals, if they were to just push 2 of those drives over the goal line, the score would of been out of reach for Green Bay.
That formation on the game winning touchdown, absolutely glorious. Quarless and Taylor in at TE to block. Two DT's in Raji and Daniels as FB's, and a big bastard of a running back behind them in Lacy.
Oh really? Let's let the Dallas defense off the hook then? Why do idiots always say shit like this when a QB puts his team up by multiple scores and the defense lays an egg? How is it Romo's fault
I remember shutting this game off at half time then turning it on after seeing Matt Flynn go off on Instagram, man I was clowning them cowboys fans at school the next day 🤣🤣 I live in Texas
I see all the bashing etc to the fans, I've learned about KARMA. I grew up with the Packers. In the 70's they were um, CRAPPY. Dallas had Starbauch, Dorsett, and one of my favorite coaches ever. Tom Landry. I lived through horrible years so I don't bash, unless my team gets disrespected big time. I've seen GB lose games they should have won. We had a tendency of run, run, run, punt. Whenever we had a lead. Until we were losing THEN we woke up. Usually too late. My team did win this but I can relate to the anger Cowboys fans felt.
I will say this til I'm in my grave: The only reason Dallas did not win a Championship during the 'Romo' era is because they never had a quality defense. 2013 was the best example of this cuz they finished that season ranked very last (32).
OOOOH yes, I remember this game like it was yesterday. Cowboys go up 26-3 at halftime and Matt Flynn and the Packers offense carved up the Cowboys defense scoring on all of their second-half drives without punting.
Another game where the Cowboys fucking choke a lead. From 2011 to 2013 all those chokes that Jason Garrett, Romo,, and the rest of the team would do would ALWAYS ALWAYS bite them in the ass. They go into the last game at 8-7 needed a win to win the division and they go out there and lay the biggest egg and lose and be out of the playoffs. Jason Garrett should have been fired after the 2013 for those chokes that he did from 2011 to 2013 and not making the playoffs.
I was at the eagles game in Lambeau in end zone seat. Eddy Lacy ran towards the end zone and knocked eagles player out of his way for a touchdown. You could see the eagles players cringe just before the blows he delivered. Go Pack Go!
Yeah and then Garrett snaked dez. Smh. But this game right here.. man watching it happen in real time stung so bad 😩😔these romo days were some of the most up and down. Jus wild. Never had a defense after 09 really. But his younger years he was wreeeeeeeeckless with the ball. More than I ever remember. After watching some old games tho u see it.
Imagine if you had Matt Flynn and Jamaal Charles on your 2013 fantasy playoff team (at the same time Flynn led this comeback, Charles scored 5 TD’s for KC at Oakland)
Man, the Cowboys just fell apart in the second half. I've never seen them give up so many touchdowns in such a short time. I agree with the announcers, they should've ran the ball to keep the clock running when they had the ball late in the game. The Packers played a great second half, but the Cowboys really managed the clock poorly too. They basically beat themselves.
This got to be one of Tony Romo's most famous choke jobs. My gosh how did Dallas lose this game. But I got to admit, I miss Tony Romo playing. It's not the same watching the Dallas Cowboys. He was fun to watch and you never knew if he was going to choke or come up clutch, (he more choked in playoff games though) but he was unpredictable and a great talent. At least he's bringing the same energy to broadcast booth and love the job he's done so far predicting plays and all that. That's really cool how he can do that!
Original6Productions Don’t take the bait man. People who think Romo was a choke artist don’t know anything about football. Just look at this game. The Cowboys defense allowed damn near 40 points to Matt freaking Flynn. Josh McCown put up over 40 on them. Stafford put up 400 yards on them. Oh and they gave up 50+ to Denver that year too lmao. Unfortunately things haven’t really changed. Defense still sucks and the QB still gets blamed even though he and the offense have to be perfect basically for them to be successful.
He has the ability to predict plays "and all that" because he has more football knowledge than any of you could dream of possessing. This only further proves that he was more in command when on the field. More often than not, he was directing the players to make sure they were running the correct routes, in the right place, and on the same page with him. Romo is definitely to blame for some of their losses, but numerous other times he saved their season. In 2013, they were limping to the finish as they had a historically bad defense. Late in the game against the Washington Redskins, Tony Romo guided the team down the field for a game-winning touchdown. He did all of that while playing injured. Many fans forget that Romo is more than a quarterback who let some important games get away. Romo had to carry the team for so long, and in 2014, they finally had a competent offensive line and defense. That season, Romo never choked a single game away, never made a crucial mistake late in games, and they made the postseason for the first time since 2009. Football is a team sport. Do you think Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Eli Manning, Drew Brees, and Aaron Rodgers would have the same success without an offensive line and a reliable defense? I don't think so. No player can win it all for a team on their own. It's a team effort.
LMAO this game is hilarious in hindsight. How do you go up 26-3, average over 7 YPC on the ground, and then abandon the run completely in the second half? I thought Red Jesus was basically tenured after he somehow didn't get fired as head coach after this season Wasnt this the same game where even Green Bay players after the game admitted that they couldn't stop the run and were laughing at Dallas for giving up on it?

I think 10 yard at the spot of the foul...which happened at the 45, so 10 yards and it'll be at the 35 yard now. It doesn't go back 10 yards from where the ball was before the ball, which was the 30 and then it'll be at the 20. It moves 10 yards back from the Spot of the foul, so 45 to 35. Making it 1st and 5 bc 1st and 10 was at the 30.

If the Cowboys didn’t pass the ball 2 times and if Romo didn’t get sacked near the end of the 3rd quarter then Cowboys would’ve won or if their defense stepped up
Two clear takeaways from this game-1. Jason Garrett (or whoever calls the offensive plays) is an idiot, 2. The officials tried to give the game to Dallas......oh yeah, 3. Dez Bryant leaving the field before the game is over shows what a low class jerk he really is.

If the Cowboys didn’t pass the ball 2 times and if Romo didn’t get sacked near the end of the 3rd quarter then Cowboys would’ve won or if their defense stepped up
Matthew Joseph welp they didn't 🤷♂️
Two clear takeaways from this game-1. Jason Garrett (or whoever calls the offensive plays) is an idiot, 2. The officials tried to give the game to Dallas......oh yeah, 3. Dez Bryant leaving the field before the game is over shows what a low class jerk he really is.
I would say you are a low IQ cowboy fan, but it's redundant.
Do you just sit here insulting the Cowboys all day? How many comments is that just on this video alone? 17?
You lost the game because of defence 😢😢😢😢😢. Shame on you 😢😢😢😢😢
I was at this
Holy ads
Obvious inteference on the 2 point attempt, but ......eat it Dallas.
I was there!!!! Sad they lost though my first ever cowboys game!!!
The Cowboys could always count on a couple of home field calls every game. They still lost.
