Been watching baumi for years, but I still can't get used to him playing "coop".
-casually steals teammate's hordes.
-complains when teammates take even some of his creeps.
-ignores team when they die, but urges team to res as soon as he dies.
-conveniently only notice them dead when they got too far behind so now he got reason to not res.
-tries to fight boss, fails, pulls to team, then teleports away.
God, what a nightmare of a teammate 😂

Damn, this one seems very difficult, especially when one of your teammates refuses to revive you and then excuses it by saying you're too far behind after they left you dead for 5 mins, so might as well sit this one out.
the other 3 was fast enough to revive him, but him cant even revive the team at 33:40 just kinda irritates me
i think he just didnt see him, its not so easy concentrating on the game and the chat too
There’s literally a minimap where you can see if your team is alive or not it’s not that hard to glance but I guess baumi was just focused on farming or purposefully ignored

I used to watch a lot of baumi a while ago but I stopped for some reason. I started again and liked it. but now I remember why I stopped. whenever he plays a game with someone else it's just off. Feels like he gives orders subtly and the vibe is always weird. the way he seems annoyed when people take his farm and then steal from others himself. the way he won't res someone because he sees them as useless. like ok bro. most people would do it so the other person doesn't have to just sit afk. and even if he dies right away u at least tried. i cant put my finger on it exactly but there is something really off with baumi when playing with others every time. the suggestion I would have would be to invite the people you are playing with to talk. and when they type something don't just ignore it like u usually do. make it a part of it thing. idk
you know, I get people like you every once in a while, and I'd like to just clarify something. I don't intentionally ignore people in the game chat. I just miss it. I find it very difficult to play, commentate, read twitch chat AND read ingame chat. which is why I've always been telling people, if you want to communicate with me ingame, you need to use voice chat. otherwise, I'll miss it. not because I want to, but because I guess I'm bad at reading the chat. so idk what to do, like if I could also keep better track of that I would, but I can't. so I communicate that information, but then I still get yelled at.
@@Baumi fair enough, other players need to speak (I always thought that they couldnt speak as to not disturb with the video). But still, the stealing farm, the not res, the commanding behavior, and expecting teammates not to do what you do... In my honest opinion, when you are used to having a lot of power over others, things can go weird even unintentionally. In the sense that your teammates to some extent are basically working FOR you, for the video, under YOUR rules which YOU create, rather than playing the game WITH you. The un-balanced nature can sometimes drive you to unconsciously take advantage of it.

@Baumi I really like to watch your videos and hear you talk. But this is what I see in a lot of videos too. You're not a teamplayer. It's very easy to hide behind the part where you say that you tell people this all the time and they keep screaming at you. Maybe it's something that people really want you to change. Because it's annoying to watch happening.
Like the vid today, I don't see any excuse where you stood on the shop, teammate died next to you and you just walk away. No creeps in sight. That's real shitty behaviour. You're very lucky with that the players that are playing with you, stick with you. I would have left the game instantly it you did that to me. Like one time it can happen, but this happened all 3 hours long.
It's not bad to learn something new Baumi. It's not bad to say sorry for something if you try to improve on it after. You make an excuse why you do it and never look back on it.
It's your channel, you can do with it whatever you like, you can act the way you want, but this is not the way forward. I hope you'll get that before it's too late

I thought so too. I'd have tried to revive them in between cooldowns.
Maybe he thought the dusa would just die immediately didn't want to get stuck resurrecting him every 15 seconds.

Its great mode, but I really hate how you ignore the team. I undersatnd that sometimes they are just too far behind and cant catch back anyway, but for example 1:19:32? He is 43/50 - about to get new hero, dies at the same spot when you sits... and you just ignore it. Even farm the creeps there, walk away, then walk back, but no ress. It was the very begining of the game, the most importand part while ppl have to keep farming, every second of being dead is huge deal. You stay there, right next to him, ressing would cost you nothing. He would easily kill few more creeps and maybe get DK or Clock and be fine. Ofc they should not die at the first point, but if they do, they are not behind on farm and you stand next to the grave without any creeps or danger there, why not save them? ... And 3 minutes later "Oh, they are all dead again. Its probably too late for them now." - welp yeah, it is NOW, it was not when you decided not to help. Its sad, that you need 4 ppl to start this mode, it would be much better if you could just play it solo.
Just imagine if team would ignore you at 1:37:59... why ress? You was not the strongest, there were two other with the same farm. They were not even that close to you, need to walk there which cost them more time. Would not that be anyoing? If they just finish farming their stack first, then ress you like minute or two lateru, but you would be too far behind at that point and could not catch back. Thats exactly what you was doing to others.
We need 6 hours of this re:Born with reviving his teammates.
Yes I want to actually see 4 strong players it might be very useful in the higher difficulties.

This is easier to play alone. You need to watch the fury swipes don't let stack too much reset it once in a while. Fighting tiny is as hard as fighting invoker if you are melee

People talking about you not rescuing teammates aside, a teammate cant come and take 5 dragons from you but you can steal creeps with rocket flare and de agro them for yourself and having a laugh? Just expected more from such a person.. meh

tried this game twice and got the regen and damage item first but the goblins take 4 hits to die... how do they die in 2 hits here at level 1?

U can go in to trees on the middle so only one creep can attack u at a time. just lore 50 of them and go to trees and get the upgrade
This is what I'm here for.
I played for quite a bit, just solo so far and for me what works best is rushing then second to last armor item and then go for damage like you said. The armor helps me stay alive so i can stack the creeps so I can kill lots of them with singe cast of my abilities. After reaching your first damage item powerspike (Splash fury or Triple shot) I have noticed that life-steal is more efficient then upgrading health regen so I usually forgo ANY upgrades on that until I need it to buy a Heart. The best heroes for me personally are for the first rebirth: Clockwerk, Dragon knight, Juggernaut and weaver, for second rebirth: Dragon knight, Juggernaut, Sniper and Magnus. This probably isn't the most optimal strat but for me it has worked out great so far.

something i hate in games like this almost equally to bosses with stuns is when difficulty increases only make the first ~5 minutes feel harder, and then your powerful enough that the difficulty increase doesn't really effect the rest of the game.
But it does get harder tho I mean the bossess and creeps late game all do percentage based damage so it doesn't matter how much hp you got in the end cause they can nuke you when you get stunned.
The resources to manage in this mode is so hard u need to help who can continue but 4 people is alote for the creep number in the mid game

ngl, it happened exactly what I thought would happen in this kind of game mode: a massive issue with comeback, because the game doesn't account for team play. You gotta play by yourself and hope your teammates can catch up or else they will become irrelevant. People bashing on Baumi on the comments do have a point that it's scummy not to go for revives, but when a player is "too far behind", there's not much you can do to help them catch up. This mode needs some team based option for comebacks, tbh...
Nature's prophet used to be tekoya or smth way back when in dota 2 but i dont remember why they removed it.

this game is more like a PvE, but not res on teammates just besides him is kinda hurt.. seeing someone pinging himself to revive..
2:11:34 One character carry a card game does not. They'd need to expand and introduce more furry-like characters to gain traction. One is simply not enough and I don't think they are ready for more. Because other players might go like: "Welp... It's all furry now, we must burn it with fire"
i think in latin the plural would be "aeges", but for some reason i always thought that word was greek, which has a different ending system.
Game seems good, but needs some kinda comeback mechanic. Maybe have an easy way to give items to a weaker player?

I think there is but in order to play with him you need to be able to handle yourself cause otherwise he'll just ignore you and leave you for dead most of time not because he wants to but because he has people to entertain in chat so his focus is divided in two.

yeah i too used to get very annoyed when Baumi feels like he is not working well with his teammates, but slowly i realized he is handling chat, and commentating on top of trying to playing in an entertaining way.
Clicked on this by accident because I always didn’t like how much of an asshole baumi is. Glad to see more people are realizing this as well
I beat it once. Magnus, dk, kunkka is good for early crowd killer. Clock is not that good cause the scaling is not that high. Medusa is good late. I don't think es is good at any point.
My go to item build is max armor and attack speed after 2 row of each category. Might switch to max armor and 2 row of health regen next time i try this mode again
After i get 1st hero i just walk from a corner to another corner then finish off the creeps. Buy item and repeat

Just for your information: "Dota always rounds up" is only partially true.
There are a some of things in Dota where the rounded up value is displayed while the decimal value is used under the hood.
Examples: Health Points, Damage, Stats
Just as a quick reminder, Baumi probably has 2 screens one with twitch chat / subscribers and the game on and he's basically talking all the time, that is a lot to keep track of, all while playing.
just because you can see that he's missing something (dead teammates, chat), doesn't mean he's ignoring it,
tho, i wish there would be a "alerts ignore" phase when he's recording, like some other creators do

Might wanna stop playing this game mate, you seem like a cool guy but when you lose your cool you’re very different. People already pointed it out already so i don’t wanna double down.
dont know why people are getting upset in the comments about not resurrecting people. his teammates were behind they couldnt do anything anyway
There were many occasions that his teammates weren’t behind and literally right next to him, and he just sits and farm. And when baumi is dead he expects immediate resurrection. Also, his teammate cannot take farm from him but he is allowed to take farm from teammate. Also, he brings creeps/boss to teammate and cause them to die, makes a joke, and then not resusing them. As a gamer, I just feel the pain for his teammates and it really gets to me.
They weren't behind and they would've been able to catch up had he revived them although I understand since he thought of it as nothing but a waste of time which is weird cause they were still people, fans and he downright did them dirty like that
