There is No Way you Can controll the recoil, like that. With Big mag you Will have some Horizon recoil, and you cant controll that at the same time you controll upwards recoil. I have played alpt with the lewis, and have the same setings as you. I mean i know youre Good and all, but There will always be little horizon recoil, but you have 0.... Im not calling you a cheater, but something is wired

No Fov helps reducing recoil specially after 6.2 update where all weapons get ridiculous recoil not just Vertical but Horizontal and his no recoil is exactly like you get from Cronusmax plus or Titan 2 to use anti recoil scrits on console and many more go search for what cronusmax plus/Titan can do

This thing has the mag capas of a hmg the damige of a ar less recoil and the same fire rate of a smg all well being able to ads well standing
