every perk can solo evac with decent rng and good skill, except damned because you'd need about 3 tac armors lmfao

it can... Just need to be skilled and have fast reaction time while having alot experience on the game so it's possible to solo as dammed

Took me like 50 or 60 tries to beat true ending as a dammed with good rngs and luck.. yeah.. nearly made me insane despite the odds I been playing decaying winter nearly 3 years since the original... Tho I only beat true ending with dammed only 5 times... Sucks to say is not worth it but it is fun tho...
