Wolf could won this easy, but he refuses to attack second time. He has enough units to kill 2 rats in a row, but still his own AI holds him back, cause he didn't reach the programmed number of units at which he start the offensive.
I have no idea what happened to wolf here but he refused to build stone quarry to produce stone for some reason. Which is big hit to his economy and repairing of the castle ability. Idk if its the inn placement or what happened that he decided not to quarry stone, but this lost him the battle

Zero money and run out of wood to make quarry. His fletchers constantly empty his wood stock.
