I built an lmx clone, 0-30 2.9sec, 0-60 4.2sec. 2kw nominal, 4,5kw peak power Clutch is completely useless on road, if you had any competences in coding, you'd understand that your tuning needs adjustment
Just an idea, put the bike on a paddock stand, use a current clamp meter on one of the motor feeds to see if the boost is increasing when you bring the power on. Obviously not under load but maybe give you a clue on boost. Great video btw, love this stuff. Cheers PS: could be bad if it slips off the paddock stand. Lol😢
Yeah that's a good idea I was actually considering it but my paddock stands are BURRIED at the back of a shed 😆 Will probably give it a go see what the boost does and compare bikes speedo figures unloaded.
It's an electric dirt bike, so yeah put it where it belongs :) I want to see it jump and accelerate out of turns. I guess the manual is so you can choose the powerband you're in, something only really needed for a dirtbike since your traction depends on it. For road use, EV's with a manual imho are only there for nostalgic reasons not because they offer any benefit.
@mikeuk2981 ventus one is based on a 79 bike, it's tiny and untested fully, and no one knows how this ventus will hold up over time on that 79bike. It isn't a full on dirt bike and not in the same class, like my talaria isn't lol Ventus is no way near a star varg. Varg is a full-size, 80hp, 938Nm of torque vs 390Nm of the Ventus. Ventus only got a 20,000kw peak power.
Would like to see how it performs against a 125/250 Dirt Bike for sure. Also you say it has great power upto 30mph, if so i didn't see that front wheel even close to popping up so?? If your gonna compare it to a dirt bike shit should be wheeleeing all over the place no?
@bigdaz7272 Not really I can't wheelie 😄 so I lean into it, ridden many motocross bikes, just sold my mt09, it's totally possible to pull away pretty quick on a bike without popping the front wheel unless you want to, look at motocross hole shots and drag racing, people van prevent it by how they ride. Plus I pull in second to prevent it just popping up hard.
@@DudeStuff Yeah i remember riding Dirt Bikes as a wee one and when you went up to the 250's you had to be hanging over the front Bars to stop it popping if you had good grip ect. One of the scariest memories as a kid was jumping on a buddies 500 Dirt Bike, not gonna lie i got of that thing and i was physically shaking :)
@DudeStuff it looks similar to the ADMIRE JET & TYE thats $3500 shipped. Its that front light, its probably another Rebrand, i almost bought it but bought a bomber, i may still get in 1yr. The admire jet they say 1st is pointless & bike is easy to filp, 1 guy said ycan pull off in 4th & he only uses 3rd & 4th. Does it have reverse like the bikes i mentioned?
@ModModRc yeah I agree it does look very similar but quad warehouse tell me the motor gearbox etc is their own development with the manufacturer and you can tell if you compare closely. It does have reverse yes

Should it not be registered before you use it on the road it's not a bicycle
once boost is activated, it should stay on for about 30 seconds and then you'll have to wait a minute or so to use it again.

Stark Varg is still the king, 80hp that produces! I'd still prefer the Surron Ultra Bee for dirt bike riding.

Looks the same bike as the the admire jet & a rebrand ty (something) but i think those are 80mph you cant have it unlocked
