The feelings of helplessness and hopelessness that she mentions are key. I remember going through those for about a year, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. If anyone reading this needs help, please seek it, and there are nice books, one I used was called "30 Days to Reduce Depression" by Harper Daniels as it gave me a mindfulness exercise to do each day. It was a journey and a lot of holding on, but I made it out.

I agree with Daktari Mzee, For so long you have the willpower, who can judge you?

Thank you Daktari Victoria. I appreciate the fact that this conversation captured scenarios in the classroom and has so much enlightened me on how better I should handle my learners with their individual differences. THANK YOU.❤🤝🌹

I think it is because men innately understand that their existence is mostly tied to performance. You are only as good as the value you offer to society. Women on the other hand, can be accepted for who they are. Hence, they can always fall back to knowing that they can be accepted for who they are.

This profession has good intentions, but there is also a conflict of interest -- they stand to benefit $$$, no? Anxiety is normal; at what level does it become a mental health problem who sets the threshold? Do incentives tilt this? So many issues to explore....
