    It's true. I also started meditation and in 20 days I felt the changes. I was more alert inside out.I was more happy,peaceful,confident in myself that I can do anything. I became open minded. Before I was very reserved person. But as of now I stopped meditation . But I will start it back again. Thanks for video . This time I am gonna write my meditation experiences.
