  • Sharlot Hall Museum | Prescott, Arizona's Look Into the American Southwest & History
Hi there! In this video, I take you on a virtual tour of the Sharlot Hall Museum located in the heart of Prescott, Arizona. As a history enthusiast, I was thrilled to explore this amazing museum and learn about the fascinating history of the region.
The Sharlot Hall Museum is a must-visit destination for anyone interested in the rich history of the American West. The museum features a wide range of exhibits showcasing the life and times of the people who lived in Prescott and the surrounding areas.
From the Native American cultures that have called this land home for thousands of years, to the pioneers who settled in the area during the late 1800s, the museum offers a unique and immersive experience that will transport you back in time.
During my visit, I had the opportunity to explore the many artifacts on display, including clothing, tools, and photographs from the early days of the region. I was also impressed by the beautiful gardens and buildings that make up the museum's campus, which give visitors a real sense of what life was like during those early days.
Overall, the Sharlot Hall Museum is a hidden gem that I highly recommend visiting if you're ever in Prescott, Arizona. So come along and join me on this virtual tour, and let's explore the fascinating history of the American West together!

Not at all,…. Animals getting thrown about by their necks is not my thing.
I enjoy atmosphere and the culture that goes into them but not the sport.

It’s such a beautiful grounds. In the middle of the community and yet it’s like a world away. It’s beautiful and also has so much great information. I could’ve literally spent an entire day here.

We were busy all weekend, so I didn’t get to watch this video but I’m glad I’m watching it now. I want to met Larry Mahan when I was probably five years old. I got his autograph at a rodeo. My dad was really big on the rodeo seen at one point and I still remember how nice he was to this little punk kid.

This is a wonderful stop. I definitely recommend for anyone who’s going to the area because it is such a great way to spend a day learning more about the community and the people and also the really interesting facts about the rodeo.

I remember seeing Larry Mahan ride at the San Antonio rodeo when I was a kid, back when the music performer would have likely been Gene Autry or Roy Rogers & Dale Evans.

Very cool! My old boss was an old school West Texas guy, and he knew Larry, and whenever we worked at the newspaper, he actually would go have coffee with him sometimes and they talk about all sorts of cool old stories. It’s very neat to see how different places tie to people that you may have a previous reference of and then how other people have a previous reference of that person.

I don’t know if I somehow rewound the video and watched it again or if this clip made it in there twice but one way or another I saw this twice.
