Vitamin B12 nd TSH blood men check karwain...after that vitamin B key at least 5 injections len intramuscular..and pregabalin or lacosamide formula wali medicines leni hon gi ... men is sey zziyada aap ko bata nahin sakoon ga..kiyoon key har medicine PANADOL ki tarah nahin hoti key bus khalen..dose adjust karni parti hen..aap apney ksii qareebi neurologist sey rabita kar key advise ley sakti hen... ye aap key liye behtar hoga.
