NKP 765 & PM 1225 doubleheader excursion - Oct 3 2009 - Part 1

The doubleheader is seen departing Alma, pacing near Shepherd, crossing Summerton Rd South of Mt Pleasant, and finally passing the old depot at Clare.

The obs car on this video is now leased to the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum, and Bluewater Michigan Chapter of the NHRS still has rights to it and was once owned by Seaboard Air Line for passenger service.

The 765 had a second whistle on the fireman's side. I believe it was a Reading RR type.
