Victor is a core member of CSHK’s research team on AI ethics and governance and founder of AibyML.com, which develops AI technologies for human and intelligent resource inclusion in corporates and educational organizations. He was formerly Head of Planning & Trade Practices Division of Consumer Council. He is also currently an adjunct associate professor at University of Hong Kong.
