Zummy Racing Attack Event January 17th - Tsukuba Circuit Paddock Walk

The latest Zummy Racing event held on the Wednesday, January 17th was an eventful one. Despite the track being dirty from heavy winds the night prior, some drivers managed to pull of some new personal bests. The temps were cold in the morning, but quickly got pretty warm once the sun breached the horizon. It also happened to be one of the brightest days since I've been in Japan, which isn't amazing for photos or video.
I took my usual walk around the paddock and then wandered around the circuit to get some on-track shots and video. We got to see a lot of the regulars like Seyama's R32 and Mitsuo's Onevia, but we also get to take a closer look at Shoichiro's rebuilt R32 and the Ms Machine Works Cayman GT3.

I like how the Japanese keep their cars so clean, they have no scratches, it seems like they clean them every day, they also don't exaggerate with the sponsors, not like the time attack competitions in other countries, they put a single somewhat dark color and they look Great, they know how to choose good colors for their cars.

Are the heave dampers on the white Cayman also bespoke? I haven't seen units similar and I haven't a clue as to where one would purchase heave dampers.

Mizumoto has worked closely with Super GT constructor APR for several years, I'm sure he has access to resources we can only dream of. I won't guess the make, but if I'm in conversation with Mizumoto again soon I'll inquire.

They look like they just have a bumpstop in them. So probably a simple bespoke solution to prevent bottoming out.
