To be honest, I saw very few dance moves that were either complex or original. The rest seemed borrowed in a sense. However, the head turning was something new, along with... whatever happened when the bass dropped.
It's the same with lots of dancers, furries or not. They make up some, then the rest they get from watching music videos or just dance videos. You don't always find a person who just uses the dance moves they made up. Also, I saw Mangusu do the head turning thing at one point.

I know this post is old but whatever… When you're in a fursuit, any kind, without a lot of venting and fans inside of the head, mostly, it can get VERY VERY HOT. its a lot better if you just maneuver your arms mostly and body only when necessary since exercising even the slightest can get rise your body temperature.
