The problem is, a lot of his tuts are geared toward newbies. So, he includes the references in the description, so others can follow along. But, he does have plenty of models that he created "free hand," so-to-speak. :)
Your tutorials are the greatest non nonsense straight to the point educational lessons I have encountered. Thanks for not Spamming ads across them. Stay Awesome. Subscribed.
I'd love to see you get involved with UE4. Theres a Huge marketplace there for scenes, and materials. You could bring great enjoyment to millions of games being made.
Hi Mike, I was wondering, if you haven't already, could you make a sort of helpful tip video on making 3D modeling portfolios? I'm going to enter my final year of college and don't have a solid portfolio yet to turn in to potential employers/internships so I was hoping you could give some tips on what may be expected out of portfolios. Thank you a lot!
Hello sir, this tutorial is very helpful. But it would be nice to rewrite it at the bottom if you're using a certain keyboard key (shortcut). Because I am from Indonesia and understand less english. Thanks for such a cool tutorial
this is good thanks for the tutorial... and can you show us how to make a couch, cabinet and a bed cause i want to get started on doing interior design
Hi Mike, thank for your helpful tutorials. I wonder do you like in 3d cartoon? and can you make a full serial of making a short cartoon movie, with step by step from character modelling, texture, animation,...
Hi Mike! I thank you for the lessons! Help me to solve the problem: when I move face, behind him there is the whole object! How to fix it? I can't do what you did at 10:52, because the entire seat lifts :( Thank you!
You can give me some tips on how to catch in the insert edge loop ?. I just can not catch the width of the glass no matter what I do that just grabs me at the edges of the length. Thanks
Hey Mike, Love your tutorials man! I have one question that have been bugging me so much.. so I practice a lot with your tutorials, as well as I'm doing a 3d modeling diploma.. but my 3D modeling teacher keeps insisting and mentioning to model stuff with lattices for almost everything (if not everything).. in my opinion is easier to work as your tutorials, just directly on the geo... what do you think about this situation of lattices?
Hi! How to solute a problem with so called stretched faces in Maya? when after extrude something, or add new edges, you can see like a different shadow on that faces
I love your work... do you think you could try to do new vids on ZBrush ? Especially to create stuff with maya and Zbrush, to make a lower amount of poly...

your tutorials are decent but far too redundant. throughout your tutorials you consistently tell the viewer a step to take then change your mind etc etc....kinda bunk. Other than that I like your videos
You're tutorials have helped me so much, thanks mate! You're the awesomest!

Mike, can you point me to one of your tutorials that focuses on a lot of freehand modeling? If you know what I mean
Peter, I have a lot of videos where I model without reference, specially to train the freehand modeling
The problem is, a lot of his tuts are geared toward newbies. So, he includes the references in the description, so others can follow along. But, he does have plenty of models that he created "free hand," so-to-speak. :)

You need to adjust them in the UV editor
Sir, Please Show Me Constraint Separete Video
Which do you prefer, 3Ds max or maya? And why?
I love your work... do you think you could try to do new vids on ZBrush ? Especially to create stuff with maya and Zbrush, to make a lower amount of poly...
I usually work sculpting in Mudbox and not ZBrush as my ZBrush skills are not very good, sorry
all you have to do is create a high poly model in zbrush....then import it to maya and use the reduce feature ;)
i cant do the clean up nothing happen how i supposed to fix it?
If nothing happened there is nothing to fix
