@PureSparkles22 To you, now. But you can say that about Apataw as well. The point is he was steadily working for decades and won awards, so he has been 'industry' for a long time.
Enrique Iglesias is another one that comes to mind and at first his his father insulted him and told him he would never be a success or win a grammy and 5 grammys later I am glad he he kept going, love his music!
I'm so glad that these celebrities managed to forge careers for themselves out of their famous parent's shadow, perhaps becoming even more known than them in some cases.
@@thornyback Anyone with an actual career in show business earned their spots. Just because their introduction was easier than others doesn't mean that they did not do the work to carve out a career. All got their start because of family members.
I understand where you are coming from and tbh i agree with you but you've missed the concept of the video. I like Jack Quaid's take on the debate. He agreed that he was a nepo baby (he went as far as using the phrase) and acknowleged that he got opportunities because his parents were stars; saying ultimately he needs to work hard and carve his own path. It a very self aware view.

Honestly though, like for YEARS I didn’t know Angelina Jolie was John Voits daughter, but that’s because Angelina made such a path for herself
I don't understand how someone so vile like John is the father of the amazing person that's is angelina
She voiced the tiger from Kung Fu Panda
@@anziocc Well, she has her issues and scars.
Jon Voight isnt very famous anyway

Jack Perry, son of the late Luke Perry, is finding success as a wrestler, former TNT Champion and World Tag Team Champion in AEW.
Drew Barrymore and RDJ: overcoming addiction and becoming successful
Totally, I'm glad that they eventually conquered their demons, and had successful comebacks.
Honorable Mention: Jamie Lee Curtis
3:43 EVERY time I fold an ingredient in or watch a cooking show that says food in, I think of this exact scene!!
How did you not include anything related to the Skarsgards?

It perpetuates elitism and keeps talent down. Let's not be glad for nepotism but people earning their spots.

Liza minnelli is brilliantly talented!!!
Glad that Kate made a name for herself! She is a great actress
I'm Glad to see Nepo Baby become something!!! Thank you, MS Mojo greetings, from Sint Maarten in the Caribbean Island.
Happy sunday afternoon, Jen, take care and God bless you. Greetings from Colombia to you as well
Jack Quaid is ljg Bradford boilmler! I love it!
Well, as my bf pointed out, it stands to reason that talented people would have produced talented children!
Feel bad Liza got the Oscar and she didn't get to celebrate it with her mother
Was that Anderson Cooper near the beginning, a secret Vanderbilt?
And of course MsM leaves out names like Emilio Estevez, Kiefer Sutherland and Josh Brolin while adding names everybody and their mother knows about. 🙄
Where's Jasmine Cephas Jones?
Is she Rashida Jones sister?
@frankieseward8667 no. She's the only child of Ron Cephas Jones.
Most pd these people’s ’Hollywood connections’ aren’t even famous anymore.
Are they doing a good job? Yes, but so could many other people.

@cookiedough905 I agree on that. Still, carving your own path is not working in the same family line of work (or even go as far as name changing).

Miley Cyrus eclipsed her father during the second season of Hannah Montana.
Nepo Baby isn't a thing. And people sound silly when they call people that. Do better.
