Hello sir. I am a general practitioner from Sudan. I graduated in 2013. Since then, I never felt like I graduated, I have always just passed my exams but I remember very few from the basics. I got frustrated and decided to quit medicine. However, at some point I decided to pull myself together and start over again because it is never late. So now I started to study from the kick and I found your channel by accident when I was searching for something in Anatomy. Thank you so much for making me feel confident again and understand things I never digested before.

    Dermatomes:
[Focus on the location of the dot! Only the DOT]
C5: Lateral side of elbow (According to the Major system 5=L)
6,7,8 = Fingers of the hand. The thumb, the middle finger and the pinky.
C6: Dorsal surface of the proximal phalanx of the thumb.
C7: Dorsal surface of the proximal phalanx of the middle
finger. [If you test C7......you aren't going to heaven!]
C8: Dorsal surface of the proximal phalanx of the little finger.
T1: Medial side of the elbow
T4: Mid-clavicular line at the level of the nipple. [T4 for Teet-Pore]
    [T2:Axillary region]
    [T3-T9=Guess their location]
    T10: T10 for belly-butTen
    L1: (I) nguinal (L) igament = L1
L3: Medial femoral condyle above the knee. [Major system: 3=M, you could guess L3 in the lower limb]
L4: Over the medial malleolus. [Literally the opposite of L3+It has 4 Ls]
L5: Dorsum of the foot over the third metatarsal phalangeal
joint. [Part of the skin of the foot that touches the shoelaces]
S1: Lateral aspect of the calcaneus (heel).
S2: Midpoint of the popliteal fossa. [There are 2 Ss in fossa=S2]
S4-S5: Perianal region just beside the opening of the
    sphincter.
