    And y'all stayed on tempo together throughout the fluctuations, that's a skill on it's own. By the time y'all are in highschool you should be ready for first chair.
    From one first chair cellist to another, always let your vibrato be adaptive. There is no set speed for the vibrato, but it should always draw the most emotion while making the ears feel very nice. There's slow and gentle vibrato's, medium and fast paced vibrato. It's good to use each one where it sounds best.
    You're close to mastering the art of the endless bow. Where each motion sounds like you've never changed directions the whole time, for certain parts of the piece.
    You did better than a lot of jr high students keeping your bow centered between the bridge and board.
