I absolutely love getting up early to watch the sunrises on cruise ships, especially in Sea Days, watching the sun rise in the middle of ocean is amazing and I have dozens of fantastic pictures and videos. I have been to Mahogany Bay four times on different Carnival Ships and absolutely love it there, I have never been on an excursion. I just love the relaxed and laid back environment there, I always take the walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the walk through the woods and wetlands is awesome, I have lots of great pictures and videos of the ships from the dock in the nature trail and the big bridge that leads to the Beach, I love just getting lunch and a drink and enjoying sitting there either on the beach or at one of the bars/restaurants watching people go by and meeting new people. And I also love that when you go through the shopping part that in the back is an open air market with lots of vendors that sell handmade items, I have purchased several different items that make wonderful gifts and reminders of my trips,
Very informative video! My family and I will be setting sail in Oct on the Mardi Gras for my daughter's 13th birthday & we had no clue what to do here. She's super excited about the flying chairs now. Thanks for sharing!
Yes, Carnival Glory is a nice ship. Never been to Mahogany Bay or to Honduras. Never have been to the other ports-of-call you went to. Not much of a beach person. Shopping could be interesting. Like butterflies. In the Honduras do they accept American money? No, I've seen beer prices higher. If I went there, probably shop, walk around, then go back to the ship. With most people off the ship could have some peace and quiet. Like to eat and practice at the craps table. Don't like heights so going on that ride would be out. Carnival has good food. Did hit the like button. Also, am subscribed.
Thank you so much for taking the tour with us :) we didn’t actually buy anything there not sure how the money works. It was a beautiful place ☀️thanks for sharing!
My wife and I are leaving July 4th week on carnival liberty and doing the same ports as you guys went to. Thanks so much for sharing this definitely given us some insight on the ports. We have the ultimate beach excursion planned for Roatan and the catamaran planned in Cozumel. We have decided to stay on the ship in Belize I have no desire to take a water taxi.
The Mahogany beach looked fun. The walk wasn't bad. They took us to the docks through that path and we hopped on a boat. It took us to Maya Key. Mike and I went snorkeling. It was a lot of fun. The Beach at the port looked fun. You don't have to book a boat tour like we did at this port. You can just stay at this port. There is another port called Coxen Hole we did not like that one.
