I can’t stand people who believe or get scared about everything and are stubborn like you can’t live like that that's so stressful and is it actually living within your means
I put a few grains of celtic salt under my tongue and drink water after it, i also drink a teaspoon of olive oil on an empty stomach. We have an olive grove in a different country and every year we press pure olive oil from it without any additives. So i'm very gratefull that i have the ability to eat healthy. I also fast till 15:00 pm. That's when i have my first meal of the day.
That is "believed" by some to be true, but the experts say otherwise. It doesn't provide any sufficient "benefit" based on the data, but it does erode your enamel, which leads to more problems.
Our body need salt and potassium to keep the body fluid running smoothly. Everytime we sweat or drinking alot of water, the salt will be expelled from body through urine and sweat. Thats why we crave something salty after sweating alot / exercise to gain back the salt loss. Salt itself is not problem but if taking too much at once and not able to expel it out of body will make blood pressure increase is the problem. Same as sugar. Just need balance.
This was quite frustrating to watch, despite the crew being funny. Don't do or follow something without proper research y'all, especially when there's so much evidence contradicting it 😭
i lost it when he said u can get health benefits by smelling the enzymes 😂 i mean... he knows that most enzymes denature at high temperatures right (aka the temp he was probably using it at)? 😂
I know many people like this. They tend to believe something because "this guy say it's true" but not believing when people close to them say otherwise... even when the people close to them are someone from that industry. In the end they just do everything just because "they want to do this way", not really because the "expert suggested". Keep drinking salt water like that and you are on fast track to find new kidney.
Not only a new kidney though... Excessive salt intake can harm health in many ways. It raises blood pressure, increasing the risk of heart disease and stroke by causing the body to retain water, which puts more strain on blood vessels. It can weaken bones by promoting calcium loss, increasing the risk of osteoporosis. Salt is linked to stomach cancer as it damages the stomach lining and promotes harmful bacteria growth. It may also cause bloating and swelling. Limiting salt is crucial for maintaining overall health.
When I was young ,I pound salt and charcoal together and used them to brush my teeth and it really makes teeth whiter and no bad smell. But noe finding charcoal is not easy in town anymore as many people used electric or gas these days 😢😢😢
22:52 i feel him, i'll be fraustrated when they judge my spending habits. They sould be open minded about it... i'm okay with JK but those other co-host seems a little rude on my books.
but the thing is that his spending habits are based on misinformation 😭 even i am shocked by how far those spending habits go and this show is about the hosts being small spenders/thrifty and they would watch high rollers’ days to see if their spending habits are wise and sometimes they give tips too. Of course, they might be rude but personally in this episode, i agree with the hosts
this guy need someone that really know stuffs...i know take care of ur health is good thing but seriously get a legit info from someone that know stuffs...this kind of guy gonna easily get scammed by those fake health people and ads
he knows that his phone, microwave, the SUN gives off radiation as well right? 🤨

3:46 That's True. In Sri Lanka We Use Charcoal From Specific Woods To Brush Teeth.
5:29 Drinking SALT Water 😵💫It Will Increase Your Blood Pressure.

Where to watch?
I watch some videos somewhere in Africa using charcoal to clean their teeth using their fingers, they don't use toothbrush. They have white teeth.
