      She is Japanese, and it is just the new generation of CCP getting creative in advertisement business. Honestly, I love every bit of Kaho's videos. She truly does a good job.

    What i realise is, out life are all calculated. The cost of living is around the same where i live, in Canada. Its even higer in USA. In the west, they try to sell us that every country in the world is "poor" compared to the west. But that could not be further away from the truth.

    • @brianh6
      @brianh6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There is a pretty big range depending on where you are at in the US, how frugal you are, and your personal situation. I'm in South Dakota and I could get my expenses down to an amount not too far from those of the first two guys in this video if I tried (even with a car and associated expenses). There are certainly plenty of other places where there would be no chance of coming close to the video amounts.
      Regarding other countries financial status I wouldn't say "they" are trying to sell me that every country not in the west is poor. Some people will have that opinion (plenty of others won't), but it isn't really something they are trying to "sell" me. At any rate it isn't hard to get on the internet and figure things out for yourself these days.
      For US citizens I think it's well known at this point that the US itself has a large portion of wealth concentrated in a small percentage of the population. That of course means that people know some significant percentage of US citizens are not wealthy. This is just my observation for the US. People from other parts of the west would be more qualified to speak to their situation.

      You're mistaken. Everyone knows that japan and south korea isn't poor + the rich countries in the middle east

      @celuiquipeut6527 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@IdontknowhoIameither Of course i know. But in the media, everytime they talk about other countries, its always like they are inferior. The west is better, richer, etc. It doesnt mean I think that. I was referring how other countries are portrayed.

    For a fresh Uni grad first year in the job market, 7000rmb in Shanghai is better than 15000hkd in HK. If the guy is smart, its very easy to make 20k+ with bonuses within 3-5yrs.

    Hi Kaho, i watch the video from Italy, and here compared to China is way more expensive, renting of a small apartment in a small city, not even capital cities but lets say provincial towns, it comes to cost 400-600€ of renting, and as i said I'm talking as small houses in small cities, plus bill of electricity and water which living alone comes 100€ monthly of those or around, and plus 400-500€ of eating expenses, plus another 100€ of public transport such as train/busses/electric bike renting, i must say that to live okay in Italy in a small city comes to cost 1.200-1.500€ monthly, in big cities usually 1.500-2000€ monthly, which is quite a bit problematic, since average income is 800-1200€, unless you're an owner of a company, so best is always do a share apartment, if also the parents don't really have the opportunity of sending some money

      Actually they are talking about the “minimum” cost of living for a fresh graduate. The reality is much higher than that

      上海的水电和公共交通都很便宜,如果想省钱的人,会住得离工作地点很远的市郊,每天最起码两个小时在上下班的路上,这能省下很多钱,事实上,这视频里的人,已经过得很奢侈了,如果只是生活而不是享受的,这费用还可以更低

    Attractive, intelligent, a natural presenter with a lovely manner/voice and a chameleon whose appearance changes from slightly older/sophisticated to young and ready to mingle with the straight hair, beret, big earrings and cardigan! A part of me would like her to step away from the light weight subject matter in too many of the videos, as she is capable of so much more, but as a Western man and seeing at first hand how things were in Hong Kong when awkward subjects were raised, perhaps lightweight is playing it safe! Anyway, all the best with the channel and keep flashing that great smile.

    I live outside of china in a very expensive country and I don't spend as much as people in shanghai.
    Salary after taxes: around 60k RMB per month
    Rent: 5000 RMB
    Food: 1000 RMB (but my company pays for most of my food).
    That's it. I save about 90% of what I earn and put it all in stocks.

    I'm genuinely confused. Im a teacher in Korea and i make the equivalent of 11k rmb a month with provided housing and i am able to travel to foreign countries, shop a lot, eat at nice restaurants, travel within Korea, do big nights out, etc and still save enough to have paid off my student loans and put money into savings. I'm looking into China, who's ranked as having a much lower cost of living AND higher pay than korea and people are telling me 20k after tax and provided housing is borderline poverty wages. On what planet? Am i missing something?
