Some times its pretty obvious but it also forces us to check our assumptions.
Like i had thought this worked on an initiative system and used whatever character had activated, making myself activate QJ out of order. These modes made me realize that silly mistake and your videos definitely helped for that.

True! It also doesn't help that the pictures show a character doing the thing but its not the right one to start with. Guess its a "monkey see, monkey do" sorta thing.
