South Africa can win if they don't choke. The difference between Australia and South Africa is Australia gets stronger in finals whereas South Africa starts to get nervous. Australia has 6 ODI WCs whereas SAF has zero! You can feel the fear in the South African team when they get to the knockout stages. So many times South Africa looked like winning a tournament only to choke.

I’m Australian and I think South Africa has a very good chance!! You can never write anyone off these days and South Africa is a talented team from bowlers like Rabada and Maharaj to an in-form batting lineup which bats down to pretty much number 11 too and I have huge respect for them. I think with what they’ve achieved recently they have matured beyond the chokers tag. South Africa have also won their last Test at Lords. They have momentum in the fact that they’ve kept winning, which regardless of the quality of your opponents becomes a habit and positive energy and self-belief is an infectious thing. This WTC final will be a contest. If Australia don’t bring their A-game, we are every chance of losing it.
