@@TacTixHD Obviously the playoffs can fall victim to the sim engine. So, maybe switch to the President's or Bust?? With the Stanley being a bonus.
Then make harsher rules such as: you aren't allowed to trade recently drafted players for big returns. It gets a little wonky when you can draft an elite in the 4th round then flip that 4th rounder into an Elite NHL player within 1 season. I guess first round picks have worked that way before but definitely not later picks.

I hate how unrealistic stats are in chel. Not in a biased way just as a canucks fan i’ve seen Horvat take faceoffs all year and there’s now was he’s only 82 faceoff he should be at least 84 IMO
If you want accurate stats throughout the simulation, you need to turn off offsides and icings. I don’t know why but you’ll see the individual stats are way higher

I think you should add a new rule only 3 free agent signings in the off season because even though it’s fun, I find it would be more hard to make the teams a lot more realistic. With having AHO, pavelski, marner, duchene all in one video is kinda unrealistic. Like keep a lot of the core and just sigh one superstar or two MAX. It just doesn’t look right with all these guys as if it was a fantasy draft. It would a lot of fun and harder like I said to keep a lot of the core the same and makes some smaller moves like the one with Andreas Johnson was great. That’s just my input

Mike Douglas you only pay a small portion of their contract for a duration of time and then they become a FA. So you lose some cap and have a lot of cap room
