Rotting food in the car,but not a dirty car really,just a few years old,the magic fluid plus your experience near to new.
Why not just pull the carpet at that point and pressure wash it? You had it 99% of the way there it seems.

I'd have to look at more recent video's, but what stands out, or my first thought is that the "after" pictures still look dirty. Maybe your camera pics up too much detail, or filming too close ? Maybe I'm expecting too much ? Just my thoughts.
