- Dr Tedros is the new Director General of the World Health Organization (WHO). This video takes a closer look at his background and vision for global health. Dr Tedros has facilitated demonstrable public health results in the areas of child mortality, HIV infections, malaria and tuberculosis mortality and in strengthening health systems in his own country. He has successfully tackled issues like stock outs of essential medicines and donor harmonisation. He intends addressing important global health issues like the health impact of climate change.

My favourite fun fact about Tedros, was the cool way he covered a a major epidemic in Ethiopia. So many deaths...this super hero bettered even the nazis in killing efficiency. He should receive a Nuremberg style reward.
I was in Ethiopia 3 years ago. I became insanely ill. My buddy went out into Addis Ababa searching for medication and couldn’t find a single item from a pharmacy that could help me. So I had to stick it out. That + the rampant poverty and government control during this guys tenure in the government is a scary monster that is attached to Tedros

Am very hopeful that he will realize his mission/vision and the global health coverage will not be difficult as it was in Ethiopia before the coming of Dr. Tedros. The health coverage and decline in the infant and maternity death was among the incredible jobs done.
Interesting video when we watch it in 2020. Back then, curiously how did he achieve those track records back in Ethiopia?? Obviously that answer will make some sense in 2020.

The coronavirus causes is a influenza like virus which can cause COVID19. COVID 19, a severe acute respiratory infection or SARS is the outcome for a small number of cases. Data collection is vital for all companies including the WHO. How data is collected, correlated, managed and published can be the key to an organisations success. As a technologically and health driven society and world, we have never been more fungible.
Last video in this channel took 6 mos ago. There is no new video after covid 19. I think this is now trying to make a new video to praise WHO and Dr. Tedros

Tedros is corrupted, take money from the Communist to cover up the outbreak, pay close attention to the news. He promote more travel to China while Most of the city in China are in lockdown. He help China cover up the outbreak for the very long time until the world finally found out what is going on in China and stop all the shipping and transport from and to China.

Following reviews of WHO’s response to the West African Ebola outbreaks, Member States requested the organization of a more robust emergency response capacity throughout the Organization. For decades, WHO has been primarily a normative organization, i.e., collecting the best scientific information and wisdom from the world’s leading experts, preparing guidelines for its application by Member States and providing technical assistance for their implementation. However, emergency response requires an operational culture, i.e., quick decisions are required, often with incomplete scientific and technical information. One of Dr. Tedros’ major challenges will be introducing reforms for emergency response, including a cultural change that involves WHO maintaining its normative functions while adding a formal emergency response capability using Incident Management System principles and concepts as an operational platform.
