FÜFÜ | PLACALI | HENDRE (A West African Delicacy)

West Africans have a lot of similarities when it comes to food. This is Füfü, mostly enjoyed by the Gas and Ga Adangbes of the Greater Accra Region. This meal is also called Placali by the Nzemas and the Ivorians and Fufu by Liberians.
