    Ingredients:
    For Litti:
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
    1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
    Salt to taste
    Water (as needed for kneading)
    For Chokha:
2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
    2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon mustard oil
    1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
    1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
    Instructions:
    For Litti:
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, ghee, carom seeds and salt.
Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a firm dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly to form discs (littis).
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the littis on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Alternatively, you can roast the littis on a tawa (griddle) until cooked and crisp.
    For Chokha:
Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
Add turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Add boiled and mashed potatoes to the mixture. Season with salt and mix well.
Cook the chokha mixture for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to blend together.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    Serve and Enjoy:
