Good to see somebody who knows how to clean mono block, we can all use a pressure washer but the number who replace the sand they blast out are few and far between, they then wonder why the drive starts to sink. Good to see a a straight forward job done well.

Thanks very much, definitely if customers can see it being cleaned is a great too as opposed to someone that uses before and after photos on there website, normally these are stock images from google that the person has used and not there work. I must admit these TH-cam videos have been fabulous for me getting customers, as a enquiry normally starts with iv see your videos on TH-cam can you come and give us a quote for driveway etc etc. Thanks for your comment and watching 👍 regards Ricky

Would you consider giving price guides for the jobs you do? It might stop some people getting ripped off £?
I really like your set-up in your work van. Compact but able to handle the toughest cleaning jobs. Must have taken a while to optimize your set-up. Brilliant. I heard your cheering section but could not see them, I suppose they are hidden somewhere in the van :)

Hey cheers for watching, used to have vans sign written but over the last 4 year had unmarked vans prefer it this way, most if the work comes from websites, recommendations and TH-cam. 😀

When spreading the sand out the bag try punching 4 or 5 holes along the bottom of bag and it spreads out nice

Hey love the videos and the driveway looks great. I have just bought a house with the driveway like the one across the road lol. Would you recommend power hosing the moss out of the joints or would it need some chemical treatment first? Cheers

If you're going to have block paving have clay pavers look great still after 20 to 30 years no discouloring, reversible aswell 👍

The driveway looks great. Yeah the neighbors look terrible but they will ask the customer, who done this and now you will get business.

Any suggestions what cleaning solutions I should use to clean concrete steps and slabs when pressure washing?
Is that just a straight hypo solution you use for the pre-wash?

What about sanding in the winter. Would be too damp ?
Yes too damp I normally only work 10mths a year avoiding winter, but saying that very mild weather on south coast
I just watched a bunch of these videos and they are so fun. Can someone please explain why the sand? What does it do to the blocks that have just been cleaned?

Is this the correct order:
1) apply the sodium, leave for 1 day
2) jet was down
3) use surface cleaner then rinse
4) sand
5) sealer
Cheers, yes pretty much but you dont need to leave the hypo on for a day
