I knew an engineer about 45 years ago who had an idea of how to make a 3D tv, but seems like nothing came of it. I think the underlying tech back then was too primitive to pull it off.
I’ve seen a few of these and no matter how real they look, obviously none of them can go past the perimeters of the screens. The first one then, is fake being impossible. All the rest are very cleverly thought out and executed.
