    FYI.... you should totally continue with this type of video. Make a specific video covering specific editing tips/how to

    I'm no video maker/editor/producer, but even I learned something from this. Fantastic tutorial. Would love to see more content like this.
    I double subscribed.

      I was really hoping some of this may/could transcend just 'video editing' so I am truly delighted to hear that. So happy, Samer.

    These tutorials surely are fun to watch, could be a fun thing once a month or maybe more often than that :)
    Kinda makes me want to record footage in Need for Speed and Need for Speed Payback and edit that into a pretty montage :)

      You should absolutely do that! And I'm truly glad you found some enjoyment out of this. I was really testing the waters here to see how this goes. Gonna feel it out still

    Who would've thought that it was organization!
    It makes things a tad easier indeed.
    You're doing great as a Tutorial-Guy! I'd love a monthly series about other stuff , maybe a stair climbing tutorial? Lol

      I'm so honored to be a great turtorial-guy. Took a risk on this one, and had no idea if I'd be able to make sense, so, it's relieving

      That's so awesome. Thank you, Adeel. Definitely stepped out of my comfort zone for this video as it isn't what I would normally produce. So hearing that means a lot

    very nice, I like the timing with jump cuts in this one

  • @UncleJessy

    Editing your YT Vids... you mentioned editing against a song... I do something similar. I will create a rough cut... then find the music i want to overlay and then that will typically drive me to edit down further to match up with that song for whatever segment I'm editing against that song

      That's awesome, Ryan. Thank you. Especially because I had no idea how this would go over.

    Live commenting... I literally never use multi sequences... i def should look at that. Very good use cases you mentioned

    • @KurtIndovina
      @KurtIndovina  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sometimes for my TH-cam videos, if I have an intro that's more involved, I'll have a separate sequence just for the intro, and then sequences for another chunk and so on. It just helps keep the timeline clean and easy to navigate when you're doing multiple parts.

    • @KEVINKARLYLE
      @KEVINKARLYLE 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Kurt Indovina I think it’s a perfect balance. I also feel that this should be a series on a monthly basis as you said. Additionally, I feel like 10 mins is a perfect time for each segment as well

  • @UncleJessy
    @UncleJessy 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    So uhhhh how long did it take you to edit this awesome video?

    • @KurtIndovina

    I really want to see a video on music production from you.

    • @KurtIndovina
      @KurtIndovina  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm definitely not as confident in that as I am in video. I know enough about music production to do a lot with audio in some if my videos, but I don't think I'm knowledgeable or talented enough in that field to teach someone else.

    I once spent months working on a trailer from clips from a movie for a school projects and made a near perfect trailer. I got a 70 while some kid who put together something in 10 minutes got a 100. :(
