Really enjoyed watching this afternoon tea very different from the more traditional, although I love watching the traditional ones too, all those beautiful cakes yum!
It was a different setup and a nice change to the Mediterranean style afternoon tea. The prawn 🍤 in particular was so tasty. I enjoyed the extra Portuguese tart I took home later that evening too. I’ve tried many Portuguese tarts when I was in Lisbon and this one was on the same standard. Thanks for the support! 🤗

Nice to see you again enjoying afternoon teas! I have to say that I did not find this Afternoon tea" very appealing. Where were the scones? What happened to classic, European-style cakes? OK, rant over! The Portuguese tart looked very nice, if I remember correctly is a baked custard tart. Tiramisú is always a winner! Wishing you a lovely time in NZ. Cheers!
PS: I had the chance to watch a very nice video made by a young Japanese lady about the famous Parisian tea room "Angelina". Have you been there? Their afternoon tea looks very nice and it is only 40 euros.
Hey I hope you’re well? Yes it was a little different and a Mediterranean style afternoon tea at this hotel. It did feel strange not having scones and clotted cream but the desserts I were really lovely. The Portuguese tart was so good and I enjoyed my extra one I took home in a box too. The tiramisu was huge in size but I don’t like coffee so that was my least favourite. I have been to Angelina for only a hot chocolate before, but when I’m next in Paris I will look at the afternoon tea options. Thanks for watching and have a lovely week! 🤗

Hello from Bournemouth UK. Thank you for the video which was interesting as always. As a British afternoon tea lover I find high teas a little odd but a lovely change. The venue looked clean and the food looked great. Can I ask what the medical alert on your wrist is for? Reason being if it's something like diabetes that's fascinating for the viewers. Regards.
