I love that the cover art character of the book is an Asian male. They seem to be experiencing social erasure and diminishment in entertainment. It's nice representation.
God took his time with this one.
I personally think it is best the other way around, start with mechanics to learn the game, then proceed slowly to evolve towards roleplay and creative ideas. It is better and easier to do once you understand the game, how it works and what you can do or what rules you need to ask your DM about breaking (and how).
