I think you meant the one that played when Heinrich Lunge got introduced to Prague city. If I'm not mistaken, it played during episode 48 but isn't in the official soundtrack unfortunately.
It takes a certain breed of people to become neurosurgeons, I know a lot of people who came to medschool with the hard set dream of becoming one and then realised it was not for them. The grueling hours and pressure are like no other. Yet they are some of the most fascinating people you'll meet ! I was told once by a neurosurgeon that if you can imagine yourself doing literally anything else, like if you can imagine being happy with a career anywhere else than the operating room, then you are probably not made for neurosurgery, or will end up unhappy in it. And seeing what they go through, I think that's true. Hope you found something that makes you happy :)
