I had a rough day // Ken helps turn my mood around

Somedays are good and others aren’t. Tuesday started off as a good morning until my shoulder started acting up after using it for computer work, after a few hours at work I decided to call it a day and go home. After returning home I ended up taking a nap, later when Ken got home, I had an emotional breakdown and Ken said I should get dressed to go out to help take my mind off everything I’m going through. So, we went out to get some dinner then went shopping for a few things before heading home for the night. I had a rough day but that’s okay, not every day going to be good and sometimes having a good cry is good for the soul. Ken is an amazing fiancée and always knows how to help turn my mood around. Laughing and smiling with him for sure helps improve my mood. I always want to be open about what I’m going through with you guys and that means showing the ugly as well as the good.
