and rule number 2: NEVER pay before getting your stuff
@@fallenking9807 ..
@@fallenking9807exactly. It goes both ways. It should have been done properly, with legal representation. The lawyer a would handle the transfer of money and game simultaneously… The same way you sell a house you don’t just give someone your house first and then wait for them to give you the money and you also don’t give someone money and wait for them to give you a house. For that much money higher a lawyer.
the guy in the thumbnail is not the scammer; its an innocent overweight dude. change it
Extremely popular is crazy
Tip: make them pay before giving the game
We learn that trolling is always mean and bad! Also I like anime, but I haven't played it yet.
Cant they email Roblox about this to get their game back?
$850K USD for the game is the biggest scam here. I hope the original owner doesn’t get it back.
This isn't even stealing it's straight up illegal
Stealing is illegal
selling a game in roblox for USD it's illegal
The Poor anime realm Devs Prob Got their worse Christmas this year
not really from what i heard they are gaslighting the new owner and he did say he called a lawyer already
The guy in the thumbnail CANNOT be real 😭
Its the irl picture of the scammer that stole it
@@myvalekcz6656 it's not, watch the video first
@@myvalekcz6656 it isnt

Well if it was a legal contract? Cant they take legal action
Exactly I'm still waiting for that smart person that knows about law to comment on this
if it was legally binding then yes there can be a lawsuit for breach of contract
Breach of contract:
Breach of contract is, when a person validates a certain legal and verified contract, and the person doesn't pay. If the contract was filled out with real names and everything, the owners of Anime Realms could sue the player for breach of contract and get the 850K in damages. If he cannot pay more charges could be filed against him. I would definitely look into this more and maybe try to sue. Failing to provide named services such as payment and failing to perform terms in the contract can lead to fines, damages such as distress or mental problems resulted by scamming the owner or even jail time. Hope this helped
in other words, they can sue + send him to prison by just pure scamming
@schlingel-n7o and if he cannot pay he is obliged to mobilise others to copay the price.
Deserved they made a child gambling td slop game
Welp another person who fell into the same trap as me but for me I lost my account with all the games and Roblox sending copy and pasted messages
i hope they get the game back but when they do they said they would roll back all the data we grinded for soo..
the reason you receive payment first
The thumbnail explains all developers in Roblox.
If it's a contract they can start a lawsuit, no?
Yeah but then the lawsuit costs money
Nope, what they did was illegal, so that contract is basically useless. If the buyer was a minor too, that double cancels it
@DJNeonistPurple far less than 850k
@@JesterChat81ficsh sold their game
they can't since it's against roblox TOS to sell their game for USD
"anime realms" dont care good
The game clip you see in 5:13 its just a trailer of a new game that's upcoming its called slimera
Doesn't matter regardless. I'm guessing you don't know but the game was is a direct COPY of Anime Adventures which was taken down about a year ago, and has recently made a comeback announcement, getting almost a million views in only 2 weeks of the video coming out. And since the only reason Anime Realms gets players is because it's a copy of Anime Adventures, it will lose all it's players whenever Anime Adventures re-releases. Still sad that the original developers who actually did a good job recreate a game that people wanted back more than anything (Anime Adventures literally made a whole genre massive on roblox).
The fact that he (the topg guy) said wallahi while saying lies is just crazy man😞
I want to feel bad and stuff but bro, its such a stupid mistake that I cant feel bad
850k for a Roblox game is actually ridiculous the game isn’t even that popular I would do the same thing
DANG, THATS A PAINFUL FAIL
They said they had a contract.. So can't they just sue him or smt
The devs have an EASY lawsuit on their hands.
Only if he wrote his real Info about himself otherwise they can’t do anything
@@MrEgCCBee (not a tech nerd so I'm likely wrong) well I think they could probably figure out who he is even if he is anonymous as possible. I think they would find a way to track the scammers location and stuff, think devices know what location they're from so it shouldn't be impossible but probably a little bit hard. but idk, I am not a tech nerd so I may be wrong.
they can't since it's against roblox TOS to sell their game for USD.
its kinda on the owners if they just sent all ownership of the game cuz one guy said oh ? almost 1 mil dollars? sure ill give it to u trust trade the game to me 💀
they have a contrast setted up
850k is kinda low for a game that big ngl
if the owner is saying that the game costed them "years of work" then why do you want to sell your own game knowing how popular it is?
850k is 850k fella almost a million for a roblox anime game
@drx737 well thats true, but if you are going to sell your game, don´t give everything you have before getting the 850k dollars
it's a copy from another roblox game, we don't know how true it's the "years of work" since the game it's less than 6 months old, they sold it as soon as the game they copied announced a comeback
I feel like it would've died when AA came out anyways
Hopefully Roblox Can Help .
Owner was stupid.
Shark's fans are you there?
Even sharkblox talking about this
1:49 "say wallah"😭
I don't think it worked
as a Muslim this made me laugh
Not a big fan of devs making anime slop copyright games on Roblox. Copyright infringement on Roblox is a joke. Rip to the devs oh well gg no re
exactly, also IDK what they expected to happen by selling a game with copyrighted content for 850k, even if they do a lawsuit and win, they won't get a fraction of those 850k plus they would get sued by the people and companies that own the copyright and IPs from those games
