Note: the limit on only equipping one exosuit stratagem is temporary. The devs have said they need to optimize vehicle code so that having multiple vehicles doesn’t impact performance.
Which is weird because you can abuse the exploit to use 2 exosuits and if everyone also uses 2 in your team and 8 of them are on the map there is still no lag for anyone ive seen.

That's just because the armour on chargers and bile titans is ridiculous and they have no weakspots you can exploit. Personally I think this thing needs more ammo since you use one ammo type for everything unlike the patriot.

Why would you take a mech that is only good vs fodder when you got stuff like grenade launchers, MGs and flamethrowers? The mech are currently not viable for anything higher than level 6 difficulty. I still love mechs because mechs are mechs.

Its not the worst thing in the world, the problem is it doesn't provide enough for the limitations it has, and is overshadowed by other options. As it is, a 5 minute cooldown and 3-4 call-ins would offset some of its weaknesses and make it competitive with other stratagems. 10 minute reset and only getting 2 per match would require a bump in reserve ammo or armor pen to make it distinct and relevant.

The thing this suit really excels at is strategic line disruption. I've found the best time to whip it out isn't just to go take little outposts and stomp things offensively, but rather when we're getting pushed hard and our own line starts to crumble. You can duck behind a rock and deploy the suit, and suddenly you're pushing back against them hard and your squad can take advantage of you drawing fire and melting medium units to push the next objective with their primaries cleaning up piddly trash and throwing orbitals at objectives. More than any other single strategem, an EXO suit can really tip the scale for strategic recovery missions like this.
I think the issue with this thing is *how realistic the bullet trajectory is.* I noticed real quick that anything in front of your left autocannons cannot be hit with the right side autocannons. That’s a hint. What this -exostepsister- exosuit needs right now is a laser guide beam for each autocannon that you can see. This way, you don’t solely rely on your reticle for aiming and firing, and you know the bullet trajectories. As it is right now, it is amazing if used correctly. Enemy units both in front and far (not close, not under and not the ones at a low elevation in relation to you in the exosuit) get a good hard ground pounding from this thing, from Hulks, chargers and spewers to even flying BS like bot gunships and drop ships. Don’t know yet if it can take out turrets and tanks by shooting the heat sinks (i’d think it should be able to with a few well placed shots) but minor gripes aside, this exosuit packs serious heat. And yes, you can 1 hit melee kill smaller units, much like what strider bots try to do when you get too close.
The new Exo is fine, even though I believe it should have it's Helldivers 1 ammo cap of 250 (125 per arm). The Patriot however, needs to be fixed. It needs it's rockets re-centered, and it needs to return to being able to strip armor without a direct hit.
One thing on my wishlist (for both the mechs and HMG Emplacement), is for the user to simply get ejected if it gets destroyed rather than insta-killed. But I agree it is a fun mech!
The mechs do eject you when they get destroyed, it’s just that it puts you right in the fire that it spews after it breaks, setting you on fire and killing you before you can stim
There's still lot's of issues that imo reduces Exo49's enjoyability. Discounting the fact that the sights are not aligned (like the rockets in the Exo45, but less sever), here are my beef with Exo45: - Legs specifically have light armor (Not a big issue but it pains me to see the mech loses health from raiders and warriors even if it's slow) - Gun depression and elevation (actual issue I take), You can't accurately snipe because of the misaligned scope, and you can't "brawl" in medium or close range because even the ankle biters still have a chance at hurting the mech. - The gun is destroyed too quickly, you'll lose your arm over stupid things like someone accidentally or recklessly throwing a stratagem near your mech (if the mech survives, it's often amputated). It's still a fun stratagem though, I just wish these issues are fixed
I have been loving both mechs, thanks for being the voice of reason. I agree some of the youtubers have really forgotten how to just have fun and seem to exist to complain.
I also love the Emancapicator and Patriot! And I agree aswell. Pretty much the reason why I don't watch many Helldivers videos anymore, because it's just ranting and complaints.
YES. I’ve been using the mechs specifically for defense missions because of how slow they are. If you know what your doing you can lock down a huge area by yourself with either mechs!
@@oreomint8255 I blocked the path once on an automation defense mission by putting my mechs in the way of the passage XD Since they don't really seem to care about the mechs more than you.
I found a lot of success against bile titans with a orbital laser and emancipator exosuit combo: shoot the body, head or butt (depending on your angle on the titan)
Try using the recoilless rifle (or spear if you want to be spicy) with it. You jump out, shoot it in the forehead and finish it off with a few shots from the exosuit. One of the things that people seem to miss is that it can stagger Bile Titans, which makes it miss its bile spew. I feel like it needs more ammo, but perhaps they will add some ship upgrades that improves the mechs.
You have earned my sub. Finally someone who isn’t shitting on this exo suit immediately. I typically use this for eradication missions and then main the patriot other wise.
the mech is insane with a mechanic that nobody uses: weapon combo! literally, shoot a recoiless in a BT head once, and then 4 shots (iirc) with the mech in the head to kill. it's insanely ammo efficient and good! (you can do something similar with recoiless and railgun, but slower) weapon combo is so strong, and nobody speaks about it. don't sleep on it. it's a team game and this heavily plays into it
Good video. Just wanted to mention a couple mech tips that I found useful that other people might too. 1. I think the shield backpack helps your mech survive longer? The bubble appears around your mech pilot pod when you get in, and it takes damage and regenerates. I can't know for sure that it's preventing damage to the mech, but I'm pretty sure it does. 2. The mech is immune to fire storms, slowdowns, and gas strikes. Anytime I see a bug breach in mine, I hop out, throw a gas strike, and get back in. Then I can just direct a few shots at brood commanders and such, while the gas lets me ignore every small bug.
It may not be meta, but it is not good comparing to other strategems like the normal autocannon and autocannon sentry, but you know what is more fun? Smt that IS good compared to the other things as mentioned AND being fun. It´s not that we forgot to have fun, we just want to everything that is fun to be the same level of usefulness as the others, that´s why we compare it.
Easy, this is a great video! A non-sensationalist HD2 TH-camr, what a find! Glad the algorithm finally sent me your way. Love your stuff so far. Cheers!
Bro, i'm so glad i finally found the only sane youtube channel that's not bragging about a balance problem. I also notice that the ones who brag a lot are under level 90, lol. New mech is obviously great!
tip: to make an exosuit even tankier wear an energy shield backpack when driving one and it will still be active with part of it shielding the top of the torso, doesn't help much on bugs but will skim damage from bots every once in a while and if a rocket hits it then the impact damage is negated and only the explosive damage hits the mech
heck, the biggest slowdown for the quasar is cooling, but a mechsuit can easily carry large heat sinks, a relatively rapid fire twin gun quasar mech suit with a pair of heavy rapid fire pulse lasers would be a beast not having to worry about heat or ammo.
When it comes to the issue of aiming. The reason why the mechs arent 100 percent accurate is because the rounds are actually coming out of the ingame barrels. So for example you could have one side covered but the other side could shoot just fine even if the crosshair is in a rock or something. Also the reason it was changed was because the reason why mechs randomly blew up was because the rocket would go directly where your crosshair was in relation to where the rockets are so if you turned and fired the rocket would hit your mech and explode.
I love the emancipator! Me and my friends were having a blast with it against bots! I love that it decimates devastators and hulks which are usually enemies that give me a lot of problems. I agree an ammo buff and aim fix would make this about perfect. It doesn’t have to be the most powerful thing ever to be fun and viable. I think you made great points and people need to give this a real try and not listen to all the negativity.
Imho mechs should be one use only, 5 armor on the body, 4 on the legs, and be able to reload 1/4 ammo on an individual arm per ammo chunk from the supply pack. The emancipator could use slightly more durable damage as well.
I think the way they can make this mech more powerful and really fun is making the auto cannons replicas of the turret version. The would be perfection. Fun and viable
Not a fan of mechs, that's the end of it for me. feels slow and cumbersome, not as powerful as something like it should be IMO. I feel much safer in most situations as a helldiver with a shield generator. That said, I brought it on an erradicate with my friend, I used my auto cannon until I eventually died to something and then dropped it when I respawned instead of going off to find my dropped weapon, worked really well. I don't think it's great, I don't think it's bad, I think it's fine and probably fun for the people who are excited by mechs. I am not one of those gamers, so the mech is not for me and I do not care one bit how strong it is because it does not affect me.
Use the shield generator backpack and hop on the mech. Tbh it's kind of mid, but sooooo useful for sniping objectives and closing bug holes. Keep away from chargers and bile titans. Use something else for those unless you want to have a bad time
Imagine if you put in the stratagem code and then put the ball in a pneumatic launcher in the mech that is functionally like throwing it with servo assisted
You can shoot a charger with your primary 10 million times for no affect. 8 from the front out of 150 doesn't sound bad. Takes entire laser charge to kill any heavy bug. 8/150 is great
@@isaacboyer2694 you know with the whole aiming thing and I really hate saying this but… skill issue. If you use either mechs enough it doesn’t take long to get used to how they aim. Players who still complain just don’t want to put in the effort to learn how to make it work because “hur dur I don’t know how to aim therefore it bad”
I just don't understand how a mech suit with multiple big antenna on the top has no coms to call in strategms. I know why they don't let you, but when Pilestedt says guns can't have more ammo because the ammo clips would look wrong and they would have to redeisgn the clip graphics, which is a realisim based concern, I get annoyed that a mech suit which would naturally include communication systems.....doesn't.
I honestly think mechs need a buff overall to make them feel like they did in HD1, I used to run missions solo and used a sentry, mines and some type of vehicle (mech, tank or APC) to lock down all entry points to the LZ which worked wonders bc the vehicles could actually tank some hits before going down. Other than that, maybe a slight pen buff would be interesting IMO.
Honestly if they just fix the aiming issues and give it more ammo I'd be alright with it. It's just that considering it's the very last stratagem you unlock and has no ship module upgrades and low loadout synergy, it's just inferior to pretty much everything that specializes just a bit. It's okay to have a jack of all trades stratagem, it's just awkward when you blow 80% ammo on a bug breach, shrieker nest or bile titan with horrible ttk. Not to mention you are not very maneuverable. You do bring up valid points though, the mech just felt a bit like a dot at first.
I've been using this against bugs and it's been heaps of fun. Yeah it's not the best against the titans but against everything else it's really good. Takes some practise to get use to
I actually loved the new mech and used it quite a bit when it was free for use and then immediately bought it to add to my arsenol. Nothing else has allowed me to feel so powerful taking on Hulks, Rocket Devastators and Shielded Devastators while being the last one alive and clutched with it until my team mates could be reinforced on a Helldive mission. I was outnumbered heavily and it saved my life with how efficient it was for me.
Oh yeah, first time I used it I faced off against like 4 hulks who were chasing my friend. They were helpless against the auto cannons and I even shouted “How does it feel now the shoes on the other foot”.
The most important thing to probably know if you want to conserve your ammunition. RUN INTO CHARGERS. If a Charger comes at you and you walk into his noggin, mf gets stunned like he hit a boulder, giving you time to back up as teammates throw grenades, shoot their AT, or throw in strikes. Also commenting this at the start and just saw the thing about not shooting the bigguns in the face, so i'm eager to hear. All I can think of is L e g, blowing the armor off the side in I think 3 salvos (6 rounds total), maybe 4, and leaving your team to mop it up while you walk through the small bugs and wipe out the Bile spewers of any kind at 3 shots a pop. Also there is shooting off the rear which yeah, probably works since explosive but you'll likely get to that. Honestly, a tiny complaint I havr is with my melee, I would prefer it on maybe my right leg since it is the camera side. The bug nest smashing is insane. So long as you do stun whatever charger is there to stop you, and there's no Titan or army of spewers, you can walk around the stunned Charger and shoot the nests, drawing all attention and stomping all small bugs while your team just dump ammo into everything they see. Now. The one thing I don't like, the one thing I want changed, is the armor value on the legs. The legs have Light armor, they can be damaged by MG sentries, small bug claws, Automaton small arms fire... and my most hated thing ever in the world. My teammates Guard Dogs SHOOTING OFF MY KNEECAPS. I love the support, I do, but please stay away I like not needing a cane for my mech. Other than that, i'd want maybe 5 more rounds in each arm. Speaking of arms! Unsure how consistent it is, but turning your side toward a Charger can allow your arm to eat the Melee attack if it sneaks on you, maybe saving your ass. And, Mechs will be useful on planets like Turing, Malevelon, and the current state of Meridia. You do not just act as a distraction and walking cover for your team, but as a bulldozer. You can crush so, so many different little pieces of terrain in and around bug nests and all across every kind of map and terrain type that does not involve enemy bases. Least useful has been ice planets because flowers hurt, but crushing small rocks, trees, and creating paths through clumps of bushes.
Adding this here as the above thing took way too fkn long. But if the Emancipator is tankier, I do hope we can bargain our way into them making the Patriot faster. I wanna RUN.
If you shoot the underside of a bile titan's butt, it will die far faster. Its a little risky because you have to position super close to the titans mele range, but it is their weakness to things like the mech and hmg
It shoots like that because the shots come out at the angle of the barrels and the shoot off the side of the mech and not straight in front of you like when you shoot normally and I’ve found shooting the right one is “easier” as the shots are closer to where the the crosshairs is
The Exosuit is fun and viable up to like diff 6 but anything past that you’re wasting your time and sanity. It needs more ammo and penetration/dmg post pen. Hell the REGULAR auto canon does more damage each shot lmao
It's ass. From the leaks I expected a walking Autocannon sentry, and thats is not what we got, so I won't bother. The other Mech is ass too, but that at least has variety. If people have fun with it - great. But I'll never equip it again
The problem isn't that it is C or B-tier. The problem is that it's an exosuit and people wanted it to be godly OP, because exosuits are cool. What people wanted was an exosuit that does triple damage, has triple ammo, and has triple health of the current exosuit. I am not saying that's reasonable or balanced, I am saying that was the only way people were going to be happy with it. The exosuit reeks of more Alexis balance, the guy who nerfed the Eruptor twice into being C-tier and said he tested some bugs and balancing on 2 different game builds, except he didn't test it on the live build people were playing on. He said in discord he balanced by the numbers on paper and by how many people play the stratagem/weapon, instead of how it actually feels to play. It's the same thing here, the exosuit is good on paper, and feels bad to play. Well done Alexis, I am shocked you didn't lose your job yet. You certainly deserve it.
Is like a sentry with legs, you can kill medium/big enemies while your team clean the smaller ones Please excuse the devs for make the game boring to olay and tot make it shoot hellbombs
Its not like I forgot how to have fun the tools that made the game fun got taken away. If you are telling me that I need to have 1 player to take care of small enemies 1 player to kill heavy 1 player to kill structures to have fun then no one would be playing it.
Man i dont know how i stumbled across your vids but I love them. (u dont deserve the bad dislike ratio on this vid) My opinion on the mech is that its way too punishing. you have to rely on your team for biles and long ass cooldown for just 2 mechs. and aiming needs a fix makes it frustrating to use sometimes. I loved it when it was free but i prob wouldn't bring it over a stratagem i can use infinitely and i'm not someone who plays meta.
I gave it a good few shots. I assume when I can accomplish the mission, don’t use up half my spawns and get all samples, it can’t be awful. But I’ll say it definitively doesn’t feel good.
As mech enthusiast I like it but it is "worse" than I expected for two reasons. First only one mech is allowed for now which is quite sad and second the aim is a bit odd, it feels like the moment I got the hang of it the arm on the other side is just missing weirdly. What would alleviate that problem easily would just be lasers on the arms like in EDF so you just see where it shoots instead of the dynamic aiming sight, its what makes it odd from the looks of it from my side. Also using a backpack shield is a good trick to get more durability out of it
Its bad at dealing with chaff since you have very little ammo, 25 shots to a bile titan head due to durability damage which is a whopping 30 damage per shot, you think it would do full damage like a autocannon sentry which can kill it in 6 headshots btw or more than the autocannon strategem but it doesn't. It's bad dealing with bots too, it surprises me that people find it "fun and powerful" against bots when it takes you 15-20 shots to kill 1 hulk and 25-30 shots to kill one factory strider. The mechs are massive weapon platforms that should carry massive weapons with massive damage like the first mech without it's nerfs, that was perfect and balanced. The first mech even in its current state also does its job way better leaving this mech without much purpose. Content like this should not be just "okay" or "meh", it should feel powerful and capable of being a massive help since you get 2 of them and a long cool down that was justified in the first mech. With this one, its long cool down does not make sense because you get very little ammo and its use runs out so fast, which is something the first one didn't have an issue with if you played carefully. I'm not saying it should be overpowered either, I'm saying it should be able to hit really hard with its low ammo count and at LEAST be able to kill ELITES with lower amounts of ammo with high damage like the autocannon sentry. if you like the mech w/e, but you have to understand why people dislike it instead of calling it "Skill Issue" or "gitgud" since it makes you look ignorant in the eyes of the community. I can say this with confidence since I was a mech player before and seeing my Exo-45 nerfed to the ground showed me that the balance team is just looking at a spread sheet and nerfing over-performers without seeing why its good within the community.
Nooo why did incendiary breaker have to become meta I was using it to roast dissidents since the start and now these nerds have their grubby little hands all over the supply.
Just remember, just because it's meta shouldn't mean you shouldn't use what you want to use just because it's part of the meta! Use what you want to choose and enjoy! I stopped giving a damn about what is meta and what is not and just focused on using the weapons I enjoy.
It's useless. Many other things do what it does better, and have more utility. RoF be damned. I'd rather 1 shot a charger than precision 8 shot them in the leg. People aren't avoiding it because it's awesome. Also I don't jump to conclusions based on reviews. I've tried it out several times and until the devs confirm it getting a buff I'll never step foot in this mech again.
After playing for sometime you finally unlock the mechs and there’s no reason to use it, it has no purpose. Fun? Its ok. But when you have a literal walker designed for heavy duty extermination, you get a niche weapon, it’s only good when you have a couple devastors. Objectively speaking the mechs aren’t good. Fun wise it’s ok
18 shots to take out a spore spewer but hey if you like it cool I’m just saying what’s the point of the mech other than fUn if other option do the job more efficiently…either have some type of trade off where the rounds do like 25 more damage to justify an amount or give a mech reload station on the map because so far outside of exterminate missions I’ve see it maybe twice since it stopped being free
Its got far too many draw backs to be as limited as it is. 150 rounds per deployment with no way of replenishment, the rounds are inaccurate and are not efficient enough for bugs like chargers. For bots it fare a bit better but they actually have rockets and can thus disable either you or your guns. It also seems to alert everything in a 130 meter radius so you cannot risk using it unless youre not already in a fight. Right now my biggest gripes with either mechs is the inaccuracy and squishiness. Actuallg, the squishiness might not be too big a deal if the cool down wasnt so long and if there wasnt a 2 times use limit. Overall this thing is severely hampered by the bugs associated with the typical swedish engineering.
I saw some clickbait garbage about it being "pre-nerfed", people need to fucking chill. This thing is great for closing Heavy Bug Nests fast by shooting in the holes while walking around, and it's like a flak cannon against fliers.
I hate how every new stratagem feels like another HMG, just a very mediocre tool that doesn’t do enough damage or make up for its downsides and is completely forgotten about 3 days after it is released, keep in mind the emancipator isn’t bad, it’s just a victim of the devs terrible way of adding new content in an incredibly average state, it reinforces the very stale state of loudouts that we suffer from and is a big reason why people whine about a lack of content.
Everyone who is complaining i call balance bros.. they want meta on everything especially for 7-9 for a game that is supposed to be hard..if you wanna feel meta or over powered play levels 1-3.. but the balance vros cant stand that comment. It os a skill issue hands down
Conclusion of the video, its not good and its not awful, its just barely meh. lacks of power against heavy armor, has no stagger and yet again i take the 500 kg loadout I always take. Poor Mech Balancing in my opinion.
Im level 136 , amd played ....alot. and iv Used the new exo plenty in helldive solos and with groups It's a great stratagem. It has some down sides sure, but all do. U can kill everything the game throws at you with it
Personanally Im a fan of the new mech but I’ve heard complaints of not enough ammo which is just people looking for stuff to complain about and not at all justified. 150 auto cannon shots is actually pretty good
I think one of the more disappointing things for me is seeing the reception towards the Mechs in general, I joined the game literally right after the Patriot was given to all players so I’ve been playing with it this entire time since and while I agree that it’s still pretty flawed, it’s one of the coolest things in this game or really in any game I’ve played and it really bums me out I never see anyone ever use the Mechs, I feel like I’m the only one who ever pilots these

And yes, you can 1 hit melee kill smaller units, much like what strider bots try to do when you get too close.
bonus points if laser deals miserable ammount of dammage, just for fun
Or they could just fix the centering issue that the other exo is also having right now.
The new Exo is fine, even though I believe it should have it's Helldivers 1 ammo cap of 250 (125 per arm). The Patriot however, needs to be fixed. It needs it's rockets re-centered, and it needs to return to being able to strip armor without a direct hit.
Agree completely. An ammo buff would be fantastic. The Patriot completely blows with those wonky rockets, imo
Discounting the fact that the sights are not aligned (like the rockets in the Exo45, but less sever), here are my beef with Exo45:
- Legs specifically have light armor (Not a big issue but it pains me to see the mech loses health from raiders and warriors even if it's slow)
- Gun depression and elevation (actual issue I take), You can't accurately snipe because of the misaligned scope, and you can't "brawl" in medium or close range because even the ankle biters still have a chance at hurting the mech.
@@oreomint8255 I blocked the path once on an automation defense mission by putting my mechs in the way of the passage XD
Since they don't really seem to care about the mechs more than you.
@@felixnilsson2440 I will give that a try
people really underestimate how good belly popping + strategem is against BTs
You have earned my sub. Finally someone who isn’t shitting on this exo suit immediately. I typically use this for eradication missions and then main the patriot other wise.
the mech is insane with a mechanic that nobody uses: weapon combo!
literally, shoot a recoiless in a BT head once, and then 4 shots (iirc) with the mech in the head to kill. it's insanely ammo efficient and good! (you can do something similar with recoiless and railgun, but slower)
weapon combo is so strong, and nobody speaks about it. don't sleep on it. it's a team game and this heavily plays into it
I think maybe instead of more ammo, maybe give this thing the option to resupply.
Finally someone mentions how good it is against gunships!
8/150 is great
The issue I take is that the aims not perfect on it and it usually takes 20 on a charger and 70 on a bt (using just the mech)
I would live to see a mechdiver armor suit (pilot suit looking thing) that would reduce the mech suit recharge time or even give an extra charge
I love this thing, and anyone that hates it obviously don't know how to enjoy a video game for the little things
They could add ship modules to upgrade exoskeletons - more uses per mission, shorter cooldown, pehaps more ammo?
It’s not fucking garbage it’s fucking awesome people need to stop complaining
If you shoot the underside of a bile titan's butt, it will die far faster. Its a little risky because you have to position super close to the titans mele range, but it is their weakness to things like the mech and hmg
It shoots like that because the shots come out at the angle of the barrels and the shoot off the side of the mech and not straight in front of you like when you shoot normally and I’ve found shooting the right one is “easier” as the shots are closer to where the the crosshairs is
Went and played it, quite fun
The Exosuit is fun and viable up to like diff 6 but anything past that you’re wasting your time and sanity. It needs more ammo and penetration/dmg post pen. Hell the REGULAR auto canon does more damage each shot lmao
It's ass. From the leaks I expected a walking Autocannon sentry, and thats is not what we got, so I won't bother. The other Mech is ass too, but that at least has variety.
If people have fun with it - great. But I'll never equip it again
Fair, to each their own. I think it's great if you can use it correctly, but I totally get if you'd rather spend a stratagem slot on something else.
Is like a sentry with legs, you can kill medium/big enemies while your team clean the smaller ones
Please excuse the devs for make the game boring to olay and tot make it shoot hellbombs
I use this a decent bit, once we've cleared the map i use it to clear my teams path to extract. Specifically against bots.
Its not like I forgot how to have fun the tools that made the game fun got taken away. If you are telling me that I need to have 1 player to take care of small enemies 1 player to kill heavy 1 player to kill structures to have fun then no one would be playing it.
Having exos shoot a stratagem out at mach fuck would add alot of use to them, just to thundercunt a 500kg into a base. Ya. That be nice.
Man i dont know how i stumbled across your vids but I love them. (u dont deserve the bad dislike ratio on this vid)
My opinion on the mech is that its way too punishing. you have to rely on your team for biles and long ass cooldown for just 2 mechs. and aiming needs a fix makes it frustrating to use sometimes. I loved it when it was free but i prob wouldn't bring it over a stratagem i can use infinitely and i'm not someone who plays meta.
I love the new mech. I just wish we could bring both mechs at once (without the exploit).
I gave it a good few shots. I assume when I can accomplish the mission, don’t use up half my spawns and get all samples, it can’t be awful. But I’ll say it definitively doesn’t feel good.
Players think this is garbage, and later will turn: the only solution vs mysterious Illuminati.
Haven't gotten a chance to try it myself, but my friend has and he was literally unkillable with it
Its fun af!
I’m waiting for the mech that has a quasar and the sickle machine gun
Ooo bla bla bla "its not suppose to be meta" ... No, its not suppose to be shit just like write now
As mech enthusiast I like it but it is "worse" than I expected for two reasons.
People forget that this is meant to be a team game
18 shots to take out a spore spewer but hey if you like it cool I’m just saying what’s the point of the mech other than fUn if other option do the job more efficiently…either have some type of trade off where the rounds do like 25 more damage to justify an amount or give a mech reload station on the map because so far outside of exterminate missions I’ve see it maybe twice since it stopped being free
It's was leaked the stratagem launched so expect it would come out
Stop turning around and focusing heavies. Just focus nest. Outrun everything and move towards the nest immediatly
What exosuit is better
Yeah tbh after using it mechs in general need to be buffed the new bugs they have fixed and given upgrades
Either up the damage or up the ammo count. Don't care either way, but the guns being worse than the shoulder mounted version makes me sad.
The walker is great.
Ignore the naysayers
This thing is great for closing Heavy Bug Nests fast by shooting in the holes while walking around, and it's like a flak cannon against fliers.
besides that ain't a thing just because it is not a good as you expect dose not mean it got prenerfed because that ain't a thing
While yes it can be better we can admit its still fun to fire
The main thing I dislike is you cant get samples
14:12
Especially since shooting down dropships doesn't ever kill the passengers. ARROWHEAD PLEASE FIX, it ruins the mechanic
Faster reload is needed for mechs please
I hate how every new stratagem feels like another HMG, just a very mediocre tool that doesn’t do enough damage or make up for its downsides and is completely forgotten about 3 days after it is released, keep in mind the emancipator isn’t bad, it’s just a victim of the devs terrible way of adding new content in an incredibly average state, it reinforces the very stale state of loudouts that we suffer from and is a big reason why people whine about a lack of content.
Exo 49 8.7/10
Remember to base some things on how fun it is. It'll make more things enjoyable in life.
Everytime something is added into the game I feel so disappointed with the community reaction.
Im level 136 , amd played ....alot. and iv Used the new exo plenty in helldive solos and with groups
It's a great stratagem.
It has some down sides sure, but all do.
U can kill everything the game throws at you with it
Nah, it's garbage
The mechs in HD1 were also garbage.
Slower than your teammates, and poor ammo pool

no, its not
Personanally Im a fan of the new mech but I’ve heard complaints of not enough ammo which is just people looking for stuff to complain about and not at all justified.
