Would love to have this on CD! The sound is excellent and each artist brings there own instrument to the party, so there is a wide variety of timbres.

This is some pretty incredible stuff! Chromatic octave scales, arpeggios at burning speed, pizzicato, tremolo picking and that Ab major 9 chord? OMG my fingers hurt just watching!
A fantastic project that not only highlights the music of a composer who doesn't get enough attention, but it also let's us know who is out there capable of playing this music. Thank you for this blessing! Bravo!

    Complimenti a tutti❤️

      Hans-Georg Gadamer, Sulla morte dell'arte.

What a great project ! It shows that Legnani was an excellent and always interesting composer. As a guitarist he pushed the limits further, especially his use of all the keys. Let's hope that this leads to more performances of his music ! The playing is most of the time very musical and technically brilliant. Every guitar student should have a listen to this excellent effort !

First of thank you very much Seicorde for posting this, fantastic efforts. Congrats to all the players.
That being said, the only ones I truly enjoyed were the Tampalini the Krivocapic and Starobin. On the completely opposite side of the spectrum were the Fisk which was completely out of this world ridiculous and the Izquierdo, Dervoed and Tamayo were all close to as crazy as the Fisk. Everybody else did a FANTASTIC job!!!!!!!!!

I got to know the field of a classic guitar a few months ago. And miraculously I was able to watch this video. Legnani is easy to listen even for beginners like me. Because there are many simple melodies and emotional phrases.
More than anything every performance was fascinating.
Thank you so much for your wonderful performance♪
