That’s my assumption assuming she was kind hearted before the war she turned cold as in people’s eyes so as to have a command over teyvat. Jester refers to her as “Such is her majesty’s benevolence”. The fatui considers her to be a good archon even though they have their motives which could mean she is cold on the exterior but warm and gentle from within.

Recently a daily quest sent me to fight agent Shevchenko, who shares his family name with a famous Ukrainian poet. Second, it appears that Nod-Krai is based on Cossack lands, such as Zaporozhskaya Sech. But the name itself means "Land of Nod", which is mentioned in the Bible. Third, Fatui seem to be based on KGB, where departments are effectively separate organizations. Which is why one department can do mad science, the other work as an orphanage, and the third can run off on Capitano's personal quest. Now to more speculative parts: There are two kinds of people in Teyvat: those who don't know what is Tsaritsa's plan, and those that support it. With most supporters being willing to lay down their lives for it. Even Rex Lapis only wants to check if his people are strong enough to take the risk. So it can't be something done for Tsaritsa's personal reasons. Tsaritsa seems to be lacking in heavy firepower needed to take on a Shade or Heavenly Principles. Unless gathering all the Gnoses would revive the Third Descender. Or if Columbina is actually a Shade.They don't even seem to care about forging an alliance with the Traveller. Instead, they seem to be amassing a lot of relatively low-level firepower, such as Fatui Skirmishers. Are they planning to fight the Abyss instead? Do they expect to not meet any resistance except for automated robots in Celestia?

i think tsaritsa needs every archons gnosis to make something similar to a weapon against celestia. we know that gnosis is made from the 2nd throne remains and celestia had a war against the 2nd throne. it just might be that there will be a war where all archons unite against the heavenly principles

It appears that Tsaritsa is an extremely charismatic individual that can make anybody go along with her goals. At the very least, Tartaglia said that in case of a conflict, he would side with Tsaritsa. As expected from a goddess of love. So while some Fatui Harbingers might be plotting something behind Tsaritsa's back, overall, they do Tsaritsa's will. It is more likely that Jester is being a bad influence on the Tsaritsa.

I like to think that the Tsaritza is trying to do what the brothers in No Game No Life want to do by collecting all the puzzle pieces to challenge the god of the world they were brought to.
A descender can control the leylines and mold the world in their favor. Primordial one is one but they are hibernating right now thanks to the injuries between them and the second descender whoever they may have been 2nd descenders fate after their loss is unknown, maybe they died, maybe they escaped, we don't know. 3rd descender somehow died and their bodies are now the gnosis Traveler is the fourth. To overcome the rules set by primordial one, all factions need something that does the job of a descender, aka that can control the ley lines of the world. Our sibling even though had the same abilities as us and is also a conduit for immense amount of abyssal ability, somehow isn't enough to qualify as a descender. So they chose loom of fate as their means of weaving ley lines...as no archon would agree to give the volatile, violent and inherently monstrous abyss order the gnosis. That is too much power in the hands of unpredictable people. Tsaritsa is most likely trying to get back the pieces of the 3rd descender, perhaps all 7 gnosis together can unleash some sort of power similar to that of a descender or revive them. Traveler is the fourth themselves. So the final arc would be some sort of show down between four factions holding the powers of a descender. Perhaps, each nations' story has been very closely chosen to mimic the fate of the world? A poisoned dragon(dvalin as Abyss empowered Nibelung) attacks the world. Four(well 3 and half) heroes(Diluc, Jean, Traveler and Paimon as the four shades) led by the god of the world(primordial one) defeats the dragon. But in this process loses a lot of its power. The god chooses to hand over the world to its precious creations(Zhongli choosing to hand Liyue to humans), but before they go to sleep, they must judge if the humans are strong enough to be on their own..or perhaps, they judge that they are not strong enough, hence the archon war and at the end of it, SEVEN rulers are chosen. Remember that at the end of the Liyue archon quest, the Liyue falls under the jurisdiction of liyue qixing(a seven member organization) Afraid of the changes outsiders may bring, the god decides to close of the world to outsiders. No one comes in, no one goes out and the world of teyvat(Inazuma) shall remain everlasting. However, few travellers manage to find their way in, thanks to some brave seafarers(idk who in this case is represented by Beidou) and someone from within(Thoma would be a placeholder for someone in Khaenriah i guess..unless someone from celestia actually helped them get into Teyvat..some seelie or moon sister perhaps or a shade idk). The king(Grand Sage) who rules the nation(Academia) established at the roots of the divine tree(well khaenriah is situated near the roots or rather the crown of irminsul..you know as irminsul grows upside down) tries to defy the concept of Gods and tries to harness the power that tears away the veil of the sin( this is where the disaster happens in real time), the God of the land manages to avert the disaster, accompanied by a valiant golden haired man. But in the process, much of the history of that God is lost or altered. Also, if this arc is actually depicting khaenriah disaster, then it makes sense that Heavenly principles have been silent "since" the khaenriah disaster. Perhapse, they suffered some sort of abyss corrosion, something similar to what Rukkhadevata had to bear and hence they created a tiny version of themselves that would one day erase them(Idk paimon? i mean look..clearly paimon is a celestial god that has either been guobafied or is tagging us in that form)..hence they are silent..perhaps paimon had to irminsul erase Heavenly Principles or something similar..idk. And my guess is, we are at the Fontaine archon quest chapter of genshin impact in real time the heavenly principle is most likely about to be judged, the same way it happened to furina. IDK how it correlates, maybe something IS going to happen in Natlan idk. In Natlan, the god, is now human, who has the power of an archon. She brings the power of the seven heroes(six plus she herself btw , each with a stone that resembles gnosis) to unleash a power of a shade(much greater than herself) to defeat the abyssal being..perhaps this is fortelling the defeat of lumine's most powerful weapon by Tsaritsa who will unleash a much more powerful power using the seven gnosis(six from others plus herself) to maybe first deal with Abyss Order's loom. Then Mavuika and US are supposed to go and fight that final battle against who ever it is. Maybe the final battle of snezhnaya would be us and tsaritsa vs the abyss sibling. Maybe tsaritsa is either not a god or a complete god. Ofcourse much of this is just me trying to hard to connect things, but hey its fun and if you read so far, feel free to share your views. Btw, mavuika unleashed the power of shade using 6 heroes who all belong to a different tribe - So if you consider the six tribes and their elements..there is one element missing - Geo(Children of Echoes), Dendro(Scions of Canopy), Pyro(Flower Feather Clan), Hydro(People of the springs), Cryo(Masters of the Night Wind) and Electro(collective of the plenty)..this leaves Anemo...so if this is foretelling anything then it is, that Venti fooled everyone, and handed over a fake Gnosis aka Tsaritsa lacks the Anemo Gnosis. Plus we know that the plot is going to circle back to him and he will be important..VERYYY important.
